Even if initial i was charged for a part that should be replaced for free due of warranty,after few mails for clarification,the bill was canceled.

First class service, SO helpful finding replacement parts. BUT they insist on charging Danish MVA and this would be on top of Norwegian MVA import charges when the package arrives in Norway, so I was unwilling to order from them. 50% tax is too steep even for scandinavia!

I had an issue with my Blauknecht washing machine. I called them and talked with the service and spare's departments and then after with their online chat. The customer service was extremely good and the people were really helpful!
They adviced me on which spare they thought would solve my issue and they shipped it on the same day! I got the part less than 48h after, installed it and now my washing machine works!

Excellent service! Called up and spoke to Anders who within 5 ministers told me exactly which part I needed for my washing machine (Samsung were unable to tell me this). Within another 5 minutes Anders sent me an email with the link to the part so I could then purchase knowing it was the correct item. Received within 2 days, excellent service with no issues at all, especially right before Easter. Will highly recommend and will definitely use CJdele again in the future!
