Product never received

Product never received. I contacted them many times but no answer. The last time I wrote to them was about full refund because I don't need the product anymore but they answered that once i receive the product i can send it back at my cost and then they refund me. It has been for 4 months since I have bought this kit and never received it. Buy the way,i live in Montreal Canada and not Zimbabwe, we have a modern post. 😏 Cheap company.

Nothing magic but I sincerely see…

Nothing magic but I sincerely see improvements. 4 stars as the new device doesn’t seem to deliver as much liquid as the previous one. Tried everything as per the instructions. Instead of applying gentle pressure I have to quite energetically smash it. I was hoping the new device would work better than the old.

As others I had purchased this in hopes…

As others I had purchased this in hopes it would actually do something but nothing comes out of the bottle as the fluid is too thick and will not dispense so you get the needles with nothing being released.
Hard to accomplish what it is supposed to do when it will not come out and that was being held upside down and shake it.
Also as stated no instructions on how to get it to dispense.

They introduced a new dispenser as seen on the website so since I had vials of product I asked for them to ship me a new dispenser and they replied they do not have them separately.

A few weeks later I got a email that they would sell me one. This has to be a Chinese company as they sell you a product that doesn't work then you have to pay to get the applicator that does work.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!

However, for it to work correctly, there are a few important setup steps, including properly attaching the applicator to the vial only once, keeping it vertical during priming, and ensuring gentle pressure is used on the scalp to trigger the flow.

We always include a detailed user manual in PDF format with your shipping confirmation, but we understand it may be easy to miss. We're also working on making these guides even more accessible in multiple languages and formats.

That said, it absolutely should not be the case that nothing comes out, and if that happened, it's possible there was an issue with the specific applicator you received. For that, we sincerely apologize.

Does not work as promised.

Product came with little or no instructions. What was on the box and website was inaccurate and incomplete. Had to get a special PDF sent. They’re too cheap to include it with the product. After finally figuring out how to open the serum bottles, the micro needle device does not deliver the serum to the scalp. There is no flow through the needles. Turn the bottle upside down and waited five minutes as suggested. Didn’t work. After 45 minutes of attempting to distribute the serum to the scalp 80% of the serum was still in the bottle. A good idea in theory, but very poorly executed.

This gradual diffusion can sometimes give the impression that the vial remains full, but this is part of the normal functioning of the device.

Terrible Experience

Not pleased. product is from china and arrived damaged and are adimant they wont refund me unless I pay to send the faulty damaged items back which will then have to be disposed of. Currently have dispute open with Paypal so if they dont refund me Its £51 down the drain!! Take my advice and stay clear. there is another product out there exactly the same but give 120 day money back no quibble guarantee if not satisfied which is how it should be.
