To clarify, Colagea is a European brand, and while some of our products are manufactured in certified facilities abroad, including Asia, they are all produced under strict international standards to ensure quality and safety.

While we carefully pack every order, transit is handled by external carriers and, regrettably, occasional damage can occur. In those cases, we send a free replacement immediately once we’re informed of the issue.
