Amazing Support from Start to Finish!

I had an excellent experience with Nicole Severin and Joseph Dipaola at Coverage X. I haven’t filed the claim yet but had to reach out because I need to. The representative that helped me was Nicole Severin. She was very helpful and helped me understand my coverage reassuring me that I had even more coverage than I thought I had. She helped me find registered repair places in the area, and while she didn't make any recommendations she made sure there were options close enough for towing. Honesty I was so happy to hear an agent that could not only understand what I was saying but I could also understand her!! Such a breath of fresh air.
