I had a great experience with CRNA Prep Academy. The emotional intelligence coaching was especially valuable. It helped me refine how I communicated my experiences, strengths, and growth mindset during the application process. The medication review was practical and high-yield, reinforcing core concepts in a way that felt directly applicable to interviews and clinical discussions. Jenny and her team went above and beyond for me. I met her and Dr. Richard Wilson at NTI. I had been applying to CRNA programs, not getting interviews for over a year yet was reluctant to join/pay for these types of services. Boy was I wrong. 100% worth it. Jenny not only provided me more services than I paid for, but she’s been a beam of light in my journey, as well as Michelle and other staff. I’m happy to report I was invited to two interviews so far and gained admission to both. I attribute a lot of this to CSPA. Don’t hesitate - pull the trigger. Good experience! It's very thorough and detailed. Great for people who are thinking about going to CRNA school. If you've already decided and have lots of the leg work done it's not as helpful. It is slightly difficult to navigate the platform with lots of files trying to figure out where to find stuff. The recorded mock interviews and 1:1 sessions were helpful.

CSPA was incredibly helpful in my application process. I completed the 6 month intensive, I was able to get the money back guarantee which alleviated the stress of paying for the program. I was accepted into a program after my first interview. I had been denied from multiple schools previously. The information given in the advanced pharmacology and pathophysiology helped me have a successful interview. I would 100% recommend this program.

CRNA School Prep Academy was a great resource during my application process. The educational content is solid and helped me strengthen my knowledge and preparation. Their interview prep materials were especially helpful, and the mock interviews were invaluable for building confidence and shaking off nerves before the real thing. The community is very active and supportive. I’m not personally active on social media, so I didn’t use that part much, but many applicants will find it motivating. Overall, it was a useful tool that helped me feel more prepared.

CSPA Is By Far The Best Return On Investment
CSPA is by far the best return on investment when it comes to prepping for a career in Anesthesia. It has the biggest range and depth of resources in comparison to any other program in its kind. It also has more recognition by schools so that being a member can be added to a resume to help stand out. CSPA also has the best community around to help support each other in the long journey to not only get into school but also get through it. I think one of the main reasons I was able to get into school was due to the preparation done using CSPA.

10/10 Experience!
CSPA is such an amazing platform to get connected, feel inspired, and be supported. I would recommend it to anyone who is on a journey to get into CRNA school. Not only is there a surplus of tools and resources, there are also live sessions where you can ask any questions you’d like. I can proudly say I was accepted to my #1 program and 100% felt like the resources I used helped me fine tune my interview skills.
It definitely is a little pricey but if you can afford the investment, so worth it. I was able to get my CSPA membership started when they had a special going which was nice, but it’s worth every penny full price if you’re looking for a community to support you on your journey to CRNA school.

I finally did it- all thanks to CSPA!!
After applying to numerous schools and feeling defeated, I am finally one step closer to my dream! Thank you CSPA!! I was a member of the Guarantee Program and found that there was a wealth of information to learn throughout CSPA. My favorite part of CSPA was being able to ask faculty members questions and receive very useful insight about the application process and what I could do to improve. Its an awesome tailor made program to guide you through all stages of applying. I'd gone through all stuff and found quite useful. I loved to watch all sessions of Jenny, Dr Wilson, Dr Harman and Dr Ballister. They are quite informative and resourceful. It has all resources what you need to get into the CRNA school.

This is a very honest review:
I loved the office hours on CSPA. The mentors care a lot about helping future CRNAs. Being able to ask questions was hugely valuable.
The mock interview videos were super helpful to review.
Some of the lectures are unnecessarily long and could be shortened.
The resources section is amazing.
This program is very expensive and there are a lot of extra costs even if you pay for the full membership.
I would do it again. It helped me successfully get accepted into CRNA school. Just be aware of the cost and listen to the lectures wisely. Spend your time on the sections that you feel the weakest on. I’m so thankful for the CRNAs that help put this together. I really think this is an amazing program!
Improvements I would suggest:
1. Assessment/test to show you areas to focus on.
2. More works cited info.
3. More times/dates available for live sessions if you’re a full fledged member.
4. I think the NAR section should be included for full fledged members.
Again, I don’t want this to sound negative at all. It’s a great program. Just a few things I think could improve.

Knowing that you found the resources and many aspects of the Academy helpful to your goals is meaningful to us.
Great news-- improvements are already under way to improve the Academy experience in the ways you mentioned.
We are moving to a different hosting platform, which will allow for better organization and user-experience for the lectures.
These are being reviewed, shortened where able and most importantly, will have stop-and-resume features (allowing you to pause a video and come back to it later where you left off, instead of having to start it over again) which we know will be a huge relief.
We are also adding Assessments to each of the sections as requested which will allow our students to understand where they excel and where they could use some additional studying; these, along with Learning Pathways that are in-development along with Micro Credentials will allow you to better utilize the lectures and showcase to CRNA Programs what you've completed within the Academy to further your readiness for CRNA school.
I do want to clarify-- there's no additional required costs outside of the program itself. Many nurses do choose to purchase (via a 3rd party) personalized one-on-one resume or essay critiques, but it is not required to do so. If you experienced differently or have additional insights to share about this portion of your review, we'd love to help.

PS- The NAR Phase of the Academy is included, with the exception of the NAR Boot Camp-- however that is steeply discounted at less than $100 for CSPA members; it was priced at $600 until recently so hopefully that adjustment is well-received too.

CSPA 12-month Program
In 2024, I applied to seven CRNA programs and was invited to three interviews. Despite my efforts, I did not receive an acceptance. I decided to seek additional guidance and joined the CRNA School Prep Academy (CSPA) 12-Month Intensive Program in November 2024. This decision changed everything. With the support of CSPA, I entered my second application cycle in 2025 with renewed determination. This time, every application I submitted resulted in an interview invitation. By April 2025, I had already received three interview invitations and was accepted into my top-choice CRNA program! I highly recommend using CRNA School Prep Academy 12-month program!
