Niall Newman, our founder, is a former international dance sports competitor who has traveled the world, danced on the international circuit, and coached and adjudicated at the highest level. Ok...I've done it for a few years but I got fed up with the over crowed classes and there is not enough room without hitting someone. Plus if you have been going to a certain class for years and didn't go or book in time it's so difficult to get back your place. Not much loyalty

I didn’t really enjoy it I went once thought about it, when I contacted them to say I wasn’t going. I should have let them know in 24 hours so please be aware of this when paying in full upfront. They didn’t offer me anything at all. I tried to comment on their Facebook but they removed it. Just be aware of the above find an alternative that you pay as you go along.

A most enjoyable & fun class of dance with Gemma, who is a natural instructor & motivator. DYF is a great way to combine dance, music, exercise & fun. The provision of dance videos is a great addition- useful & beneficial. I would highly recommend joining DYF. Jennifer, D09

I feel energised after a class and always look forward to the next class. I did feel nervous at my first class, but everyone is so friendly I had no need to be.
The music is great, and each week there is a new theme.
There are videos online showing the steps for the next class. They are excellent, well put together and are easy to follow.
My fitness level has increased, and I even enrolled for a second class in the week too.
I love to dance, and I like that when dancing you don’t think you are exercising. The time passes so quickly. I don’t want the class to end sometimes I am enjoying myself so much.

I had the most fun with this class than any other exercise class I've ever tried! came out smiling after each class and looking to do it all over again! Such an enjoyable experience and I lost weight and got fit while doing it! Can't wait for the next term 🎉💃🏼🪩

I would highly recommend joining Dance Yourself Fit. The instructor makes the class so enjoyable and fun. You are having so much fun you forget you’re exercising! I went from being a nervous participant to being the first to arrive for class. It has become the highlight of my week. The effect on your mental health cannot be underestimated so don’t hesitate and sign up for the next term today.

Over a year in, and I’m still obsessed! Every class is full of energy and joy — the instructors pour their hearts into what they do, and you can feel it. Everyone leaves glowing with happiness. I’ve brought friends along, and now they’re hooked too!

Was always keen to join dancing classes but didn't get the opportunity to go on my own until I saw the ad for Dance yourself fit. One can join on your own the answer to my call.
Every age group is in my class and there is no expectation from the teacherr Lauren. Its vibrant with no time for breaks and lasts one hour. You leave exhausted but feel good feel fit and feel a new person. Its worth joining and makes up for the dark dreary evenings without purpose. Woukd definitely recommend joining ,in my case I have booked another winter session this should get me ready for the Christmas Spirit.
Come along you won't regret it.

This is the best hour of the week.
The music is fabulous, you move and sweat but it’s so much fun that you don’t even realise. I attend the Newry class and the age range is varied and everyone helps each other. You don’t need to have previous experience and the teacher Anna is just amazing, she breaks down the steps and is so encouraging and kind.

My DYF Journey
I first discovered DYF a little over two years ago while recovering from long-COVID symptoms 😷. I came across a Facebook post from Niall Newman, the incredible founder, and felt inspired to book a session for myself and my husband. He wasn’t interested, and I nearly cancelled my own spot 😔. We had just moved from Dublin to Portlaoise , leaving friends behind, and I didn’t know a single person. But something in me said go, so I did .
At first I felt shy 🙈. Then the music started and amazing Natasha Coppola demonstrated the steps 💃🏾. Before I knew it, I was moving as if no one were watching. My body craved that feeling again 💖. After the summer break, when live classes paused, I joined the 28-day challenge. For the first time ever, I found myself posting, writing, and sharing my thoughts. I learned so much from the inspirational DYF members ❤️.
Through this journey, I met wonderful people at DCU. I pushed myself outside my comfort zone and was warmly welcomed by the beautiful DYF community 🌸. Friendships blossomed , and my health improved dramatically,my breathing eased, the dizzy spells disappeared, and without even trying, I lost 10 kg.
The Christmas Extravaganza was another unforgettable milestone.I met fabulous dance instructors 💃🕺 and incredible DYF members from different countries . We danced the night away, hardly noticing our tired legs because we were having so much fun .
Later, I took an even bigger leap and travelled to Spain for a DYF retreat, the first time I’d travelled alone since moving to Ireland 25 years ago 🍀. Along the way, I met angels without wings 😇 and never once felt alone 💕. Meeting Niall, his family, and the sweet little Siana made the whole experience feel magical 💖.
Today I continue to attend live classes with Natasha Coppola as a gift to myself 💃. They remind me to keep growing , to spread kindness and joy 💖, and to cherish family and friends 🥰.
DYF has restored my passion for dance 💃🔥, released my stress 😌, boosted my confidence , and brought wonderful friends into my life 👭. Most importantly, it has nourished my body, mind, and soul 💖.
I wholeheartedly recommend DYF to anyone seeking joy, health, and genuine connection 🙌❤️👌.

@highlight I joined DYF in Blanchardstown over 3 years ago after two very traumatic changes, very close together, in my life. It’s the best thing I could have done for my well-being. Not only did I get so much fitter and healthier, but my whole mindset changed. I became so much more confident and happy. I met some Amazing women who have become my dearest friends, and Iv watched them grow and glow alongside me. I will go to this class as long as I can. It’s the best thing I could have done to turn my life around. We have a fantastic instructor, and substitutes where needed. I love this class. ❤️

Back in February 2023 I mentioned to my sister Karissa that I had seen a dance company called Dance Yourself Fit online. "Shall we go for it I said", we did and we haven't looked back since. From the moment we walked into our Wednesday night class in Altrincham and met our Kris with a K, we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and still haven't taken off our dancing shoes to date. We both feel a lot fitter and fab-u-lous. We have met so many lovely people within the DYF community and have made many lifelong friends. Niall the founder of DYF and his wife Kate are leading the way, along with all of the wonderful and energetic teachers who make you feel part of such a positive connected group of people, like one big family. Summer party, Xmas party and two Wellness retreats under our belts to date, speaks volumes. So much so mum has joined and cannot get enough of it, who also made a special appearance in Naas as Cruella de Vil. Manchester girls/ambassadors forever.

I joined DYF after Covid and it has been a fantastic experience. I've had about 3 Instructors and they have all been brilliant and so passionate in the classes. You can tell they love it and that passes on to the client. It is infectious! I felt like myself again after joining this family of dancers and I can't imagine a time when I am not attending these wonderful classes. Keep up the mighty work!

I love dancing but also needed some exercise so I signed up January 2025 for DYF Bexleyheath. Went on my own, love the routines and teachers and all the support via emails and members room on line. Great music, no pressure if you don’t pick it up as long as you keep moving you’re making a difference. I’m on my 3rd term and really missed it over the summer break . Highly recommend if you go alone or with a friend , lovely bunch of women lots of fun no pressure.

Loved the classes, everyone so friendly and welcoming. It’s fun and I love the music we dance to.
The instructor is fabulous, explains everything and is very funny and warm. It a very mixed age group and no matter what age you are,(I’m over 70) you are encouraged to go at your own speed and ability. No one judges you and at the end of the lesson, you feel that you’ve had fun whilst doing some exercise. I totally recommend these classes. Signed up for the next lessons, very reasonably priced too.

I was unsure whether to join DYF. However, I am so happy I did. The classes are fun and a great way to enhance your fitness level. You are given the dance routines each week before class to help you with the steps. I am 69 years young so it's never too late to have fun whilst getting fit. If like me you are hesitant to join just do it! You will not be sorry.
