In particular, I have to recognise and thank Linda Ørum Jacobsen for her outstanding support at every step of the process. As a non-Danish team, we relied heavily on Linda's expertise to guide us through the requirements and ensure compliance with all local regulations.
No question was too small or a request too large for Linda and her team. Their responsiveness and patience as we learned about the Danish payroll system were remarkable. Linda served as an invaluable resource, answering our many queries promptly and thoroughly.

Me and all of the new employees in the company did not get their taxes done right because of Dataloen.
Our tax cards were not specified in the statement to the government so we all got our salaries with the highest tax (55% and 0 fradrag).

I cant understand how there are so many positive reviews - either they're fake or the company where I work is the most unlucky in Denmark. Since we changed to visma, in September, EVERY SINGLE salary I had paid had mistakes because of visma! No, not my employer made mistakes, visma did. Whenever I call for explanations I don't get any clear ones. My employer requests for changes in my tax, visma confirms they will apply them, then my salary comes without changes!!! I am never looking forward to payday because of you, just get your things in order and train your customer support workers. They should be able to explain things that were made by visma!

Very bad customer service. After several wrong payslips, your support is stubborn and insists that they're right.
Waited 15min in line today as "nr 1 in line". Do you only have 1 person working in support? Shame. Would really appreciate it if you'd finally do your jobs right.
