Dashcam.dk guarantee

Bought a dashcam in December from dcams.se witch I guess is the same as the dcams.dk company (same website/referrals). Made a claim on the Swedish site because the camera's battery didn't work. Didn't receive any answers on email, chat or telephone. After checking it seemed the whole website was down. Contacted the Danish site and they would try to help. Now after I answered some questions they had they don't aeem to reply anymore also. So after two months I still have no solution and no reaction anymore. Bad customer service!!! Never use this company if you want to have some chance of getting any guarantee on your purchase!
