Illegal harassment

Illegal harassment, ringing us, having started legal proceedings, changed their story, putting the phone down on me when my questions got too awkward.
Reverted to their original nonsense, offering a lower settlement, why do that if you think your going to win in court?
See you in court, we will have a precedent entitling thousands of people to their money back.

Court unaware CCJ is paid 8 weeks later

I paid the CCJ on the day of issue.
DCB emailed confirmation of the payment.
2 months later and the court is unaware of the payment being made.
DCB told me that as I paid on the same day, the court would not have recognised the payment. Yet they could not simply confirm the payment the next day. It has now affected a mortgage application and 2 months later I am into the hours of calls trying to resolve this matter which should have been resolved 2 months ago. What is worse is that DCB seem to be aware of this issue and simply did nothing about it, wilful negligence of their own service, which I have paid for.

If you don't owe the money they claim fight these pigs, received 5 parking tickets for being in an office car park i was entitled to be in. They took me to court but I defended and entered a counterclaim of £450 for harassment and administration. They have offered twice to walk away if I drop my counterclaim, I have offered reduced compensation on both occasions but they didn't accept. They operate on the basis that you crumple under the weight of legalised threats. If you don't owe it fight these parasites.

The previous reviews say it all

The previous reviews say it all. A truly terrible company. I was sent an unfair parking ticket (parking was paid in full at the time) and despite my very reasonable request that the fine be removed, I continued to receive requests for £170+. Shameful that companies can operate like this.

Unbelievable that the government allows this type of firm to operate! Complete shakedown, no details of what the supposed PCN is, when/where it was issued, etc. Considering I only ever had one PCN (2 years prior) from the company they claim to represent, it was all very confusing. I informed them I had paid the one PCN that I am aware of, yet they still filed with the court. Somehow I never even received notice from the court to see details of the claim or submit evidence - immediately an order to pay a ridiculous amount.

How is this legal?!

So where do I stand

So where do I stand. I was in holiday in Cornwall. I entered an area where I hoped I could park. I could not. It was busy (summer season) so after failing to find a suitable place to park I left. The ticket shows I was there for under 3 minutes. Its a parking fine. I didn't park! So I now face a fine of £160 for simply entering and leaving this location.

Only the Best

To get my 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat in Holland Park back from a rich Turkish tenant and his girl friend who decided to use the rent money to buy 6 businesses. which were being sold off as the owners had gone bankrupt. at the end of his 2 year Let he owed £2000,00 and I had tried 5 legal firms, but with no improvement. I decided to use a Beiliff company as this had been most successful many years ago. I immediately noticed the difference: positive approach, for exampe when the Judge at the County Court failed to turn up for the Court Hearing on 8 August complaints were made until a new Hearing on 17 Decemnber was finally made and the application to the High Court went ahead for an eviction first and only then to go after the money. Compare the 5th company who we had approached re advertising quick evictions but who failed to inform us why no action was being taken despite frequent phone calls and no eplanations of any kind for 4m months. The young legal bailiff not once overlooked our questioning phone calls and explained the ‘why’ in everything. We have now filled on the paperwork for the High Court eviction process which will take two weeks and then a further two weeks notice to the tenants and then the High Court Enforcement Officer will be attening, with a Bailiff and the police. The House Manager has said it will take a year to refurbish the damage which includes water leakage from machines and black mould growing up the walls. The tenants would not permit anyone to attend to carry out repairs, but I am just delighted that I made the delicion to use the Bailiff company and still recall how a builder used to working in the East End paid into his own bank the £8 Insurance money, saying his wife was rarramgng his bujsiness accounts until I contacted the Bailiff company by accident trying to get a court number and they said they would get everything achieved correctly for me and charged me £100j. My flat in Holland Park is worth so much to me I cannot say how pleased I am that I rremembered that experience as a success and because of that am looking forward to the Enforcement Officer, Bailiff and police to help me.

If I could give 0 stars I would this is…

If I could give 0 stars I would this is a Disgraceful company .. they are harassing my son up to 5 times every day on the telephone for two separate allegations of parking fines he has not committed. The car had been sold 2 months earlier and so he wasn’t even in possession of the vehicle at the time of the alleged parking offences. They will not listen to him when he tries to explain he had sold the car and keep telling him “it his his debt “
And want him to pay over the phone £170 each fine.. He has had to seek legal representation to help him explain to them and give evidence of the sale of the car through the DVLA but they still keep hounding him on the telephone daily in a very aggressive manner He has now been told to appear in court with the prospect of being given a CCJ . This has been going on for approximately 7 months now .
I am disgusted in the manner this company works and should not be allowed to behave this way..

Two years of harassment ended in a…

Two years of harassment ended in a last-minute withdrawal. Pure intimidation.
Review:
I have been subjected to over two years of relentless harassment by DCB Legal and a string of debt collectors acting on behalf of Euro Car Parks. This was all over a "Major Keying Error" where I had clearly paid for parking, but only part of my registration was printed on the ticket.
Despite providing bank statements and time-stamped photos of the ticket at every stage, DCB Legal ignored all logic and pushed for a court claim of £282. They use "litigation by intimidation," hoping that the average person will panic and pay up when they see a County Court claim.
However, once I submitted my defence and showed that I was ready to stand my ground in front of a judge, they suddenly discontinued the claim at the very last moment. They didn't even pay the final court fees because they knew they would lose.
This company wastes court time and causes unnecessary stress to motorists by pursuing meritless claims. If you are in the right, do not let them bully you. They are a "paper tiger" that folds the moment they realize you know your rights and the BPA Code of Practice. Disgraceful business model.
