I’ve ordered from Donna Wilson a few times and everything is always good quality and nicely packaged

Not only do they make really beautiful, stylish and long lasting products, but the customer service is incredible. We had a very small issue with a pin badge (we've bought lots of things in the past and this has been our only problem). Customer servce responded very kindly and got another pin out to us immediately.

Not just a brand, quality of materials and make excellent. So good to find knitwear made in Scotland and ceramics from Stoke on Trent. The Bone china mugs are lovely quality, totally exceeded expectations.

I bough the kit to make your own balloon and inside there was the wrong kit, inside the box there was the cushion not the balloon shape…watch out they put wrong kits inside the boxes and not for an affordable price

Love the sweater very much, it’s adorable , just my personal thInking, I wish could have a paper bag that I can take my parcel from office to home^^

I bought the Donna x Titlee cat necklace for my Son's girlfriend for Christmas as she loves quirky, individual pieces- and this was right up her street and she absolutely loves it! I now want one for myself!

I love the fabulous creatures from DW! Each one is special and has it's own character. I live in Switzerland, the delivery was quick, the shipping fees reasonable, the packaging sustainable.
