After fairly exhaustive research we chose Dovico and have been very happy with the functionality.
The response to queries and help with integrating the reporting function with our systems has been unfailingly prompt and intelligent.
My only reservation is that the expenses reporting function requires a separate sheet for each project and has thus proved unusable for our business
We chose Dovico for our company timesheet system after recommendation from a Partner company, and for the following reasons. We are a small IT Solutions company and employ a number of external consultants. The flexible licence system means we aren't paying for more users than we need. Our clients can approve time delivered which allows us to project manage and invoice accurately. The reports are intuitive and Dovico have been very helpful in generating bespoke reports for us. We are always able to get quick and efficient response from Dovico and this helps us with short notice projects where we may need additional licences quickly. The mobile app works very well and our consultants are all confident with the web and app based time entry. As the Administrator I am very happy with the backend functionality. Prior to go-live I had a number of webex training and set up sessions to ensure we have everything ready in the way we wanted, but with the knowledge to make any changes as we moved forward. Anytime I needed extra help I knew it would be there for me almost immediately. I would recommend this system to anyone.

Carl and Owen have been extremely helpful, patient and professional. As a newer administrator I had a lot of questions in the beginning and needed them often. There was one instance where Carl spent quite a bit of time helping me when i accidentally deleted a bunch of projects. I was panicking but he kept his cool and stayed on with me until everything was resolved. Dovico is very user friendly and the support team is great. I would highly recommend Dovico.

Our organization has been using DOVICO to track and help report our client servicing for over 3 years now and we have always benefitted from exceptional servicing from the DOVICO team -- in particular Carl from a technical support perspective, and Owen in terms of account management (although Owen has always been eager to help with tech support and training as well!) While the software can be limited in terms of capabilities and at times I've hoped for quicker solutions that involved less manual input, the DOVICO team has always been patient with us throughout our numerous inquiries and we have always found ways to get to where we need to.

Generally the tool meets most of our needs.
I do have quite a turnover in clients and have not found a clean way of taking old client data out of the main views.
Time tracking is always difficult to get done well.

I enjoy having a service you can rely on when you need it the most! Dovico is an affordable timekeeping system, that is extremely easy tool to familiarize yourself with. I have used it between two companies now for over 5 years. I just hope in the future, Intuit (Quickbooks) and Dovico can find a way to integrate their web products together to support a seamless transition for accounting/bookkeeping. I think 5 stars are an accurate reflection based on service and capability vs cost. I've been happy being a dovico customer for over a decade (first at my previous company MetroStar Systems and now Easy Dynamics).
I like the advancements and focus on mobile delivery and integration. Although we are not using it as much, I see that as being the areas we will start to leverage over time.

We have been using DOVICO for over 5 years now and the experience has been excellent from the start. Great advice on setting up our environment and very easy rollout. We are still using the online training resources for new starters telling them everything users need to know.
The support team has always been brilliant and really fast sorting everything we encountered. Any queries for either additional licenses or advice on how to do something new has been pretty much instantaneous.
I really like the new report builder which has introduced additional flexibility for our reporting needs and have been using it extensively for various management reports saving me a lot of time.
All in excellent experience!

I found the staff at Dovico very helpful and offered excellent support. Dovico is very easy to use and the reporting function is good. There are a few tweaks with reporting which would make the function easier and save a little time. But overall, I would definitely recommend Dovico.

We have been using Dovico (hosted) since 2007. We have had excellent support from Day 1. The staff is phenomenal and customer-oriented. Over the years, as our project has expanded, Dovico has worked with us to ensure that we keep up with the growth. Additionally, they actually listen to the customer - many enhancements have come directly from customer input. The software itself is robust yet easy to use for all user levels including administrators but especially end-users.

I could not imagine trying to track my employees time manually every again. My staff is finding DOVICO easy to use, even when reporting their reimbursable expenses. It handles our seven regions and the divisions within each region as well as the multiple currencies we work worth (CAD, GBP, Euro and USD). For me as the controller the standard and ad hoc reporting built into DOVICO has been a lifesaver. All of this is great but the best is whenever I have a question the people at DOVICO always have a solution for me the first time.
We have used the Dovico Timesheet time tracking software for over 10 years. It's a great tool for the job that does everything it says it will. We have nothing but positive things to say about the product and the company.

Our small office uses Dovico to track our billable time to our clients. We also track our different types of administrative time on the Dovico Software. Not only does is allow this with easy but it will also provide us with billable time percentage, hours worked for hourly paid staff, and it keeps all our client historical billing information. It also allows for quick and easy additions to both clients and projects. A great piece of online software for use while in the office or on the road. Easy to use, helpful and time saving.
