Dutch will make it VERY easy to get your credit card and bill you for a vet appointment (virtual). That part is nice. Then after that, kiss your care goodbye because they "forget" to put the prescription on your dashboard, then when you chat it is an AI bot who cannot help you. Then when you text it is the SAME thing - An AI bot that says "email us and we will get back to you". Four emails later, nothing. Now they want me to schedule ANOTHER paid vet appointment? Take your pet's care somewhere else. The customer service is an absolute JOKE.
The vet video appointments are always very helpful but everything else horrible. Customer service is a nightmare- no follow up on my order issue, no update. You’d not able to reach anyone to get help- they just don't do it right. I’ve placed an order last Friday , paid for the rushed delivery so my cat feels better soon. Antibiotics and her prescriptions dry and wet food: she has a crystal in her urine and shouldn’t eat the regular food that caused it. Last night ( Monday) I’ve got the delivery to find out it was only her meds. No foods in this tiny plastic package!! Sadly I’ve got notifications my order was delivered- excuse me, where are my kitty foods?? Somehow someone messed up with my order and forgot to include the foods ( 19 pounds weight total) but the meds only.. I’ve made many attempts today to get it resolved but instead of help I’ve got the ignorance at least.. I cannot start her on the antibiotics because she has to have something in her stomach! My poor kitty has suffered and would continue to suffer for how long ? until they finally decide to ship her food. Another 5 - 7 days to to treat her infection and treat her urine crystals. THATS WRONG. TOO BAD. UNETHICAL. CRUEL. NEGLECTFUL.

I just used Dutch for the first time. Signed up today and canceled today😂. So my GSD has these little nodules on her skin, the size of a pencil eraser. The vet recommended an ultra sound prior to seeing the nodules. I asked how he made that determination so quick, stated they were probably blood blisters, he didn’t even give me time to provide a history. Buyer beware.

We can tell she truly cares about animals. Only issue was delayed shipping of expedited meds, but probably due to the weather more than the company.

Very polite, well dressed, answered any questions I had, took the time to listen to my questions and answer them in a way that I understood and the visit went very smoothly and I felt comfortable. He also eased my worry and the fact that I didn’t have to wait any extra days we did it at 9:10 PM EST. I appreciate that too because I was worried about my cat. Definitely worth the subscription or whatever you wanna call it.
Highly recommended the only issue I didn’t care for personally was some of the questions when you’re signing up I had no clue how to answer them so I did my best.
Is Saturday, February 6 and I got a text message from Dutch so I read it and basically they were just checking on buddy my cat to see how he was doing since the vet visit and I was surprised to get the message because not everybody is like that, and I was so pleased that they took the time to check up on my cat to see how things were going, so I told them I truly appreciated them taking the time to see how things were going. That’s the same time I want whoever reads this review to know that when it comes to Dutch they really truly do care so it’s worth every penny.

I signed up for Klarna and wasn’t able to log on. They told me it was a two hour wait for customer service so I signed up again through Florida paid again so now I’ve paid like $76 and still can’t log on and still can’t reach customer service or get a response back horrible absolutely horrible website and customer service

My year as a customer never once did, we get a true visit w/vet. They only have increments of 10mins per visit for tele visits not enough time to diagnose your animal. I missed 3 of 4 visits and charged for all 3. I feel like the email should ask for you to log in 20 to 30 mins early ask that you load zoom. Cancelling today and would not recommend to anyone. I would not even give them 1 star only did so I can advise ppl they are a Scam.

It was cost effective, and a good treatment plan. especially for two or more pets. They are observant knowledgeable and friendly. And They are Ontime in the comfort of Home. You dont have to leave the house.
