These guys have used HOTUKDEALS to scam loads of people.

Honestly don't know why so bad score. Bought three phones from eglobal(2014, 2016, 2019) and never had problems. So sad they are closed

I've ordered Galaxy watch for 120 euros less than the market price in Ireland. Ordered on October 2020, delivered in 1 week.

If there is a problem with the deliveries, is because you are unlucky - they were stopped at customs and eglobalcentral hasn't received feedback on it.

Its now been 10 months since order and has never turned up. Customer Services responded to my emails at first but then went dark and I can't get a response. Save your money and don't take the risk on something which looks like a good deal but is a scam.

I bought an item on March 1dt which never arrived they don't reply to emails. And they will not deliver the item neither return the money. I strongly don't recommend you buy from this company.

I ordered a couple of things before, everything was not bad. Now I ordered a phone from them. I've been waiting for him for three months. They deferred as best they could, promised to send in a week, two months. About 2 weeks ago, they said they had sent it. Track number doesn't work. I haven’t received the phone yet. I just began to hate them. If your nerves and patience are dear to you, do not order anything from them. The mail is very hard to answer., Deceive. Rare scum

iPad 10.2 32go 2020 price competitive until it eventually arrives 13 days later with an extra customs charge of 73,75€ from Hong Kong. Delivery free!!! No mention it coming from Hong Kong. 24 months guarantee, where? Non compatible charger for EU. Has not replied to 3 complaints via their website despite promising reply within hours. Google ban them!

This place as well as tobydeals uk sister to this place have now closed claiming its to do with covid-19 which is a lie they are still operating in EU I expect the truth is its to do with brexit.

If people have written reviews regarding buying products after feb 2021 they are fake.

This company states it is still offering support for past orders yet when I contact them never get any replies I have ended up doing a claim back for my money hopefully it will be successful

Great service. I've ordered multiple times from this site, yes items sometimes take some time to be delivered, but for the discounted price I don't mind at all! Gutted they've stopped doing business in the UK though. yyy

Ordered iPhone 12 128gb in Nov 16 and I got it delivered on the 11th Dec.
Guess my nightmare has begun now after 3 months that the actual iPhone 12 is 64gb.
Brand new sealed box with IMEI and 128gb but once entering the general tab nothing is matching with the 128gb.it is not tallying.They have tempered it.The actual 128gb is still not active that means these people have hidden it.
I have escalated the case with HK consumer claim who is helping to solve the dispute.
Also reported APPLE Hong Kong.
In fact this company is like a fraudster.

I purchased nintendo switch via Eglobal Central UK on the 9th December. It was meant to be a Christmas present for the family and I was fooled by the decent price and the advertised lead time of 10 days. It finally arrived on the 21st January but not until i escalated to paypal after purchasing one elsewhere. I firmly believe it would not have arrived had i not escalated as it's shipping information magically updated the day Paypal contacted them. Dreadful.

Thankfully this awful company has closed down selling to the UK. I purchased a phone that never arrived. Thankfully I paid by pay Pal and got a refund, as these cowboys🤠 offered me £20 for a £200 phone.

I have bought a few items over the past few years and never had any issues. During the Black Friday sale, I bought a new iPhone 11 and iPhone 12mini. Both arrived after a few weeks with no hassle. Will definitely keep purchasing from them, satisfied customer here.

Many companies have a UK office, sometimes it is just a post box to overcome certain difficulties such as custom charges as they claim it is an internal company transfer to their UK office (or something like that)

I've used this company for a long while and ordered 6 phones from them. Every one of those phones was as ordered and arrived in the expected time (once it is accepted they are not in London). None ever needed extra tax paid. All were the correct colour. All of them came with either a US or EU charger plus a UK adapter which is fair enough I feel considering they are much cheaper than UK prices.

Sadly, for reasons I do not know, the UK arm is closed. This is a shame for me as I like to get my phones from China (Hong Kong) generally because I get them way cheaper and months before the UK gets them (if we ever do).

I too will look at the European site if it is indeed running and shipping to the UK.

Am not disrespecting all those negative reviews, maybe that happened to them, I can but speak from experience I have had and also, sadly, I am in no way connected to the company (I'd love the discounts).

Scam artist that claims to be from your country to get the appearance of PayPal Buyer Protection. Then sends out defective product and when you complain then asks for it to be returned to Hong Kong. PaPal are complicit in this as in the UK by law it is the sellers responsibility for returns but they give this scammer something to hide behind

I bought AirPods for my sons Christmas they never arrived I emailed eglobal sooo many times they eventually got back to me after weeks of trying to contact them they said they were looking into it I never heard anything more that was nearly 3 months ago. I would never use this company again I only gave one star to write this review other wise I would give zero

I’ve bought a couple of Fuji cameras and several fujinon lenses over the last 4 years. Prices were almost half what you pay in UK. Everything arrived within 2 weeks. Well wrapped and sealed. Items were brand new and worked perfectly. I honestly couldn’t fault them. Gutted to see eglobalcentral UK now closed. But their EU site is still open and the Shipping info says they ship to UK. Might give that a go, as I’ve never had any problems.

Eglobal not honouring their 24 month warranty on a Pixel 2 phone. Have told me that the phone only has a 12 month warranty and so far have not provided an explanation as to why this is the case. I won't be using them again.
