Since the website won't let me reply to a company's response, this is a continuation of another review I wrote a few days ago. I hope it reaches Ellos.no.

The first thing I received a few days after sending the package was a refund notification, to which I immediately replied that I wanted the product back. I wasn't informed at any point before processing the return, and I was immediately told that it wasn't possible to send the device back. Did I lie? I even wrote on the return package by hand that it was being sent for repair because that option didn't exist, which made me suspect at the time I sent it that it would never be returned because there was no intention of fixing anything. Just another big company that prefers to throw things away, generate waste, and continue polluting rather than fix what still exists. I don't see any lies in my review. I sent an item for a simple repair, and I'm sure they didn't even try to do it.

The delivery company is terrible, so I won't buy anything from you as long as you use this company for delivery—I mean Norpost.

For lang leveringstid.

Det er alt for lang leveringstid på varene. Kvaliteten er sånn at man får det man betaler for. Dyre varer ok, men billige holder ikke mål.

Non existent customer service in Norway

I placed an order on 15th September. I received a confirmation mail, but upon clicking the status button only are met with errors and "min side" unavailable. When you call the number on the page a random swedish man who is not an Ellos worker answers, confused as to why you rang him. I have contacted customer service and had no reply. I have no idea if my order is coming or not. Abysmal customer service. Will never buy from this company again - i do not even know how to cancel this order if i wanted to!

Minus: Elpy doesn't deliver faktura from time to time (!) and doesn't has possibility to pay in advance.

Damaged Defy deodorant

Ordered an expensive deodorant. When it finally arrived the deodorant, what coated almost 400 kr, came in with e few dents in the bottle. With my complaint is nothing done. Just simply sorry for the inconvenience but you can use the deodorant still safely. For me this was a sad answer more because the deodorant was only packed in an envelope and not, like other companies do, a solid carton box.
