Absolutely atrocious customer service
Absolutely atrocious customer service. First I was contacted to be told the tickets for my section had oversold (after the organiser had released additional ‘previously unavailable’ tickets) so my only options were to either change to a standing ticket or get a full refund. (Despite there still being seated tickets available on AXS at an increased cost)
As the standing tickets were not a viable option I requested a full refund. This was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to receive a refund or any further information beyond ‘we have received your request’ despite my repeated attempts for an update via email, an AI web chat service and a phone number that doesn’t work. I am now a further £300 out of pocket after having to purchase new tickets with still no sign of reimbursement for my original £270 tickets.
