My shirt was missing
My shirt was missing, in fact, the entire payment. The money was debited and never received. More than that, super good and fast service, accurate emails, and most importantly, a Feyenoord shirt after all. Sorry, but these top players would surely do well on the pitch.

Happy to say that 30 min after update mail i send i have received answer if i would like the product to be delivered again or money back on my account.
I choose for delivery and received confirmation mail very fast.

Great help after I received a wrong article in my order, eventhough I couldn't get the right item anymore because it was sold out.
Placed an order
Placed an order, fast confirmation and shipment. Unfortunally there was a little problem with the order, so I contacted the customer service. The reaction time was very quickly, they offered a solution, and I was happy with how everything got handled. Besides the outcome of the solution, the communication was not only fast, but also friendly!
Orders get lost or not processed
Out of three orders I made in the last 15 months they managed to send out exactly one. First order disappeared during shipping, 2nd actually got delivered and the 3rd I had to chase myself, got told the order got stuck in the system. 5 days later I had to chase it again and now got told the shirts are not available anymore and my order got cancelled. Never ordering with Castore again, I rather travel to Rotterdam (from the UK) to buy in the actual shop.

Had a tiny issue with not receiving my order confirmation . Within 24 hours after giving notice off this they reached out via email to solve this. By the time they send my my order confirmation. My order already came in. Great and super fast customer service. Would highly recommend <3

I recently made a mistake with my shipping address while ordering from the Feyenoord online shop. However, I was extremely impressed by the customer service : they kindly refunded the entire shipping cost and allowed me to place a new order with the correct address.
In today’s world, it’s rare to find such understanding and professionalism.

I ordered and paid for a Christmas…
I ordered and paid for a Christmas present for my son on Bkack Friday, a long-sleeved black away jersey and received a short sleeved red and white home jersey and a pair od white football socks in a different size!! Despite sending multiple emails I keep getting the same automated response asking me to send them back. The postage would be €14.50 from Ireland but they'll only compensate €6.00. I would then have to re-order the item at the full price. No way to do business in my view. Never mind my son won't have his Christmas present.

I ordered a shirt with name, number and badge. And specifically number 21. After ordering I saw a youtube video about Castore. I really couldn’t believe it. And when I opened my package, i received a shirt with number 12. Insane, on the 12th of december.

Great Customer Service
I seldomly write reviews but this was a memorable interaction so worth it. I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Upon return for some reason I couldn't use the labels on the site so I had to pay for it myself. It was confirmed from the customer service that they will cover the extra shipping cost. This is the part where the employee had misunderstood what I meant by return shipping(he thought the initial shipping to my location without the extra cost for the return to them). Upon opening another mail thread with a complaint they lived up to their word and covered the extra costs. In addition the response time is quick as lightning. Extra happy with the service.
