Sonia C was assigned to 'assist' me with my very simple request to change the delivery to a pickup location nearby. She was obstinate, rude and abrasive. I asked several times if my request was feasible, she repeatedly fobbed me off 'there's no point trying to change the delivery now', ' you've already changed your delivery preference', she then closed the chat window to avoid having to engage her brain and actually do the job she is paid to do. Embarrassing.

After waiting two day for a parcel that they sent a tracker for delivery befor 12.10 first day and by 12 second day then change it to 6pm then not to deliver is taking the urine alot now it may be comming at 6an tomorrow belive when it arrives dont use them they will not even call you back when told not to email
Dreadful company
Dreadful company, package was a day late and falling apart, looked like it had been sitting in a puddle of water so the cardboard was disintegrating. Their online tracking is useless as well.
Fedex - Systems not fit for purpose.
Fedex appear to be controlled by computer systems which are totally unfit for purpose, any human intervention is too little, too late and telephone customer services is a mindless AI Bot with humans capable of explaining the true situation being non existent.
I was expecting a furniture delivery requiring my presence at delivery. Fedex offered delivery on Thursday which when I tried to alter only offered Tuesday. However, later on Thursday they stated delivery would be on Friday so I arranged to be in but on Friday a.m. delivery was altered to Monday. Having arranged to be in again on Monday, delivery was altered on Monday a.m. to Tuesday!
Fed up with rearranging my life for Fedex, I cancelled the order with the supplier who informed Fedex, who logged that at 1053 on Monday but did not act on it until after delivery was attempted on Tuesday when I had left a message saying the order had been cancelled. Delivery was then scheduled for Wednesday but at 1044 that day this was changed and return of the items was instigated.
It is clear that if they are not to continue to cause customers needless expense and wasted time they need new capable systems and until then must make human contact possible. I had thought Evri gave the worst courier service but Fedex considerably surpasses them. I will never knowingly accept a Fedex delivery again.
Thank goodness I had helpful suppliers with real people contactable by phone .
A call to comapnies not to use Fedex
Between PayPal and autofill, there was an incorrect postcode given as my address.
Fed Ex sort and deliver by postcode. A third party delivery agent wo had the delivery called to say there was nothing he could do as he was at the post code (under a mile from my home) was not his area. I asked him to change the postcode to the correct one. This was troublesome due to a 'language barrier'.
This is on me.
However what is not on me is the inability to reach any form of customer service agent to fix the issue. I cant do it online, I've reached out to the supplier/sender, then called and received 'Fed-Ex customer support' from another continent who, on being corrected about what went wrong, would seemed to have triggered a return to supplier on my order instead of ensuring an aggreed delivery date.
If this is an example of third party outsourcing, assignment management, tracking management, and customer relations then it is clear they have nothing but contempt for their clients. The one star rating being testament to this.
Please, any supplier, do not use this company, I've experience nothing but sub standard service on every delivery.

Avoid working with this company. They not only lost my package and were terrible at communication and updating me on the matter.
After many calls from me and opening tickets and re-opening tickets they could not find my package or provide any proof of delivery to anywhere.

Lies and ineptitude
Based on other reviews I had the best ‘ninja’ delivery ever - so good that they didn’t leave a card or in fact even exist on the constant CCTV that monitors my home and business. Plus they didn’t disturb my three dogs or myself or my wife whilst ‘attempting’ the delivery.
Order no 888608743341. And the sending company paid for supposed ‘next day delivery’. FedEx are an absolute joke but clearly they really don’t care.

One star is actually too much. Sat all morning waiting, watching, but didn't realise driver was a Ninja. He managed to open gate, take a photo of front door but forgot he had to knock it. Knocking a door usually means I'll open it. Alas he swiftly diappeared, not even a card to say he had called, remember the guy on tv who used to leave chocolates, he even left a card. Anyway, 5 minutes later an email with my front door on it to say we missed you. I am biding my time.....

Waited in ALL day for a delivery only to discover the driver lied about his job saying they attempted to deliver but nobody was home. Nobody came near my property, my 2 large Dogs would've barked if anybody came onto my driveaway and especially if my door was knocked. Wasted an entire day and now I have to wait another day tomorrow in the hope the driver actually attempts to do his job instead of lying about it.
Customer service call line is just as bad, took me 5minutes to figure out the person was asking for my Post code and Tracking number. Then wanted my email address, which even after explaining had nothing to do with my home address or parcel, they still insisted on trying to get information that they didn't need.
Fluent English should be a requirement when employed to speak to customers in England.

Your heart kinda sinks when you discover your package is being delivered by Fedex. Consistently don't deliver when they say they will, they change your prefered dates, they never give updates and their customer service is useless.
But today maybe just maybe they can deliver as stated today, I dream big I know I realise that.

Absolutely useless. Got express delivery 24 hours tracked. They were 1 week late, could not deliver the package and then sent the package back to the sender. Wasting me £2000 worth of sample and 1 week of work. Horrendous service.

Fedex 🫣 delivery guy could not even read my metal sign with a doorbell picture placed next to my door, instead he BANGED ON MY WINDOW violently!
Days before he showed up I tried to use Fedex App to arrange a secure place for delivery but their app does not function. Customer Dis-Service number is a slow-witted Autobot. Useless!

Waiting for an order from Amazon, FedEx delivery, they sent me a text message early this morning saying my delivery would be between 8.20am and 12.20pm.
It's now 2.30pm and I am still waiting.
I need to go out today but of course I can't.
I am a very dissatisfied customer.
Atrocious delivery service
Very important document allegedly delivered. No signature obtained just the name of someone unknown to me or any neighbouring properties.
No one now knows where the document has gone. If you try and raise a ticket you end up dealing with an idiotic AI assistant (argh)
You'd be better off throwing deliveries into a giant communal bin and hoping a hedgehog comes along and carries it to your house

Dishonest Company who really just don’t care. Even their customer complaints department ignore any attempt at discussion as to what went wrong. Courier lied about attempting delivery. Proof of attempted delivery constituted a picture of a piece of paper. Home all day with video doorbell no card left. Finally once I gave in and confirmed leave at door it was delivered. Complaint made and customer services close the case as it’s now been delivered. No attempt to solve why no real attempt made. Not sure how these motley crew can stay in business. No company should use them. Not the first time I have had issues with FedEx

If I could rate zero I would. WORSE than useless. The courier came to the door without a care in the world with my parcel from A specialist glass wear business with ‘fragile handle with care’ and the box looked as though it had been trodden on ( not just once)I AWFUL.
Even one of the boxes inside housing a crystal vase was dented, which if it had been a gift? This company traded on quality could have found a better courier service.
Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless. Make virtually no attempt to deliver items. Then when a delivery has been missed and you try to contact them its impossible. Finally settling on collect from depot and they have you waiting 30mins plus whilst they inflict more disinterest and disorganisation onto you.
