The staff was very helpful at the store. Showing us what we wanted. Did not try to sell us up to a higher priced item. Was delivered when requested. Very satisfied.

I love the patio table, chairs, outdoor rugs, pillows and umbrella I purchased recently from Fire House. Dyan was a great help with her suggestions on how to color coordinate everything. I very much appreciated her input. She made picking everything out so much easier and fun. It all looks perfect & welcoming on my deck. I am very pleased. I also wanted to mention the two gentlemen who delivered the furniture were very nice and professional, making sure I was satisfied with the placement before they left.

We were shopping for a quality grill and this was our final stop during the research process. We were met by Amy and she showed us the options that were available. She was very knowledgeable on all the products offered. She spent about an hour with us answering all our questions. When she didn't know the answer she contacted someone who did. We had been to four other stores that offer top quality grills and we were definitely treated the best here. Amy definitely knows the meaning of great customer service. She gave us brochures on the products we were interested in for our review. We reviewed our options overnight and returned the next day. Amy greeted us and welcomed us back. She handled the purchase process quickly and without any issues. I will definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for outdoor living products.

My husband and I had a great experience deciding what we wanted to purchase with the help of Al Harrell. He was also very good with trying to get us the best price available. Our only disappointment was in the availabllity of your product; in that we will not be able to pick-up our furniture until next Friday or Saturday(if then). Hard to believe this. With the business you have.

David was extremely helpful in getting our grill to us in a timely manner. He was wonderful to deal with and went beyond the call of duty to get parts, missing from the manufacturer’s shipment, sent overnight so that our grill build would happen on time. Sean was also unbelievably helpful in getting the build done as originally scheduled. The only thing we could have used more help on was knowing that we would need an HVAc company to hook the grill to the existing natural gas outlet. Would not hesitate to use this company again

Bobby was exceptional from our first visit and when it was time to get the renovation started he found the perfect firebox then set me up with an excellent contractor.
Bobby is fun to work with and provided excellent customer service.

Bobby Kaufman was such a delight to work with. He was quick to respond with our inquiries even when he had to tell us about delivery delays 😬. We love the Troutman rockers and table. Looking forward to many years of use.
