Stay away from Final Round AI. This company is running a scam disguised as a service.
The Product is Broken: The AI gives generic, useless answers that are not context-aware. The interface is confusing, and the 'advanced features' they advertise simply do not work or are missing entirely.
The Refund Trap: They advertise a "3-Day Money-Back Guarantee", but it is a lie. I requested a refund within 48 hours because the product was defective. They denied my request claiming 'substantial usage' because I spent time trying to troubleshoot their broken tool.
Basically, if you use the tool to see if it works, they void your warranty. If you don't use it, you don't know it's bad. It is a catch-22 designed to steal your money. I am filing a chargeback with my bank for fraud

I subscribed to FinalRound AI to use…
I subscribed to FinalRound AI to use their live interview mode and real-time suggested answers. Unfortunately, those core features do not work at all.
Every time I try to use Live mode, I get a system error saying the platform has run out of memory. Because of this, I cannot use:

The main features I paid for
I contacted support multiple times with screenshots and details. They never replied.
I tried restarting sessions, changing browsers, and clearing history — nothing fixed it. This is clearly a platform issue.
Because the service is not usable and the company is unresponsive, I have now initiated a chargeback with my bank and I am also preparing to flag this to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
I paid a premium price for a product whose core value proposition is broken and whose support is silent. Use caution.

Despite all the information and documents that I sent to the company, they sent me another email on 29 January requesting a response within 24 hours with the documents that I have already shared. Still no sign of any intention to refund me the $288 cost of renewal, which I have never agreed to.
This has become an unnecessarily long battle that I don't need, simply due to a mistake that I signed up with them. I will recommend no one to go through what I have been through.

I have contacted FinalRoundAI again, sending all relevant information; however, no response has been received from the company.
EU regulations, primarily the Consumer Rights Directive (CRD), mandate clear upfront information, easy cancellation, and fair notice for automatic renewals, which the company has not comply. Instead, they automatically charged fees from my bank without notify me and without my consent. In addition, there is nowhere on the website mentioning the 'automatic renewal' or where you can disable it. I encourage consumers, especially in the EU, to exercise their rights if they have experienced the same. You can contact the European Consumer Centres Network - ECC Net in your country to file a complaint.
