Dreadful experience, I bought a pair of Blundstone boots in April and the soles came apart within a month. I returned them and was told my refund would be processed within 14 days. It is now 1 month since they received the boots back and still no refund. Beind told now to wait another week. Beginning to feel I ve been scammed.

I have been a loyal Footway customer for nearly a decade, and until recently, everything went smoothly: good products, fair prices, and timely deliveries and returns.
But my latest order (HEP269869) in early May was a complete letdown. The shoes I received were poor quality, did not fit, and arrived in damaged boxes. I followed the return process exactly as instructed — but six weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund.
I have contacted customer service several times. First came apologies, then vague explanations about technical problems. Now they are blaming a third-party return handler for the delay. That may be true, but it does not excuse such an unreasonable wait — especially when it violates basic consumer protection laws.
Sadly, I have lost all trust in the Footway Group. I will not be ordering from them again. Thankfully, I paid with a credit card and can file a chargeback.
If you are thinking of shopping at Footway, be cautious. What used to be a reliable store now feels like a risk. There are better, more customer-focused alternatives out there.

Superfit, model: Sport 5
And I'm totally disappointed from the quality - after 2 weeks the soles came apart, and the other parts fell apart also.
People, don't trust them, avoid this firma!

Trying to fill Return form, I found that all the prices are incorrect, for example:
Instead of NOK 859, Footway write: NOK 85.9 !
In all my Orders, there are the same convenient for Footway "mistake" !
So, how much money I can get as a Refund ?

1. Too slowly Kundeservice.
2. Footway sent me as a Refund LESS MONEY than I paid for 1 pair shoes.
As an explanation they said: "Our colleague from the finance team is not here now..."
For the other Refunds I had to wait almost a month.
Everything is so complicated with Footway's Kundeservice!
They sent me wrong amount(Refund), and 4 months later they still didn't fix their mistake.
The amount is small, bit their behaviour to customers I can qualify as Irresponsible.

They have yet to fail me (unlike another company which SHALL be named, TradeInn) which is in the process of stringing me along for months on a failed delivery. Prompt service and good prices.

Kept the Doc's and returned the other pair which were too large. Very easy returns process - will definitely be using Footway again for quality footwear at affordable prices.

I have to say after reading some reviews I was skeptical at first, but my experience with Footway is nothing but excellent .. ordered on 27th Jan .. got notifications throughout from UPS .. delivery received this morning 31st Jan .. I wouldn't have any hesitation in ordering again .. thanks very much 🙌🙌🙌🤩🤩

Sent the WRONG item, WRONG size, and to top it off, used a TERRIBLE delivery company.
I ordered a pair of Hunter snow boots. Despite UPS being utterly unreliable—promising a delivery date and then completely ignoring it—the package finally arrived. But of course, the disaster didn’t end there.
Tried the boots on? Way too tight. I’m a half size and always size up, so this never happens. Then I happened to check the sole—UK2. That’s when I realized: not only is this the wrong size, but it’s also a kids’ version—completely different from what I ordered. Absolutely unacceptable.
I am always extremely cautious with online shopping. I avoid shady websites for this exact reason. And yet, here I am, dealing with what is hands down the worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.
