I purchased a fountain from them 2months ago and as far as I can tell it hasn’t even been shipped yet. I’ve received no communication from them regarding the delay. I’ve emailed them twice and have had no response.
The water feature looks nice just as the picture. Fast delivery and the delivery price is fair.
I am super happy with my table!😊
The only thing I would say is that I would have liked some progress reports during the whole waiting process.
Otherwise, all fab.
Waited over a year and a half for a delivery of multiple things that were listed in stock online. Every time I followed up, I was given the excuse that it would be the following month. Then without any other communication than a tracking number on the day of delivery, I finally received my delivery in a completely different colour to what was initially (and previously) ordered.
Easy transaction, product as described and arrived quickly. Fountain is easy to set up and works very well.
Love my water feature. It did take more than the 2-3 business days stated on the web page. I didn’t receive an email stating why the delay even with Christmas it was taking awhile. I thought scam. But decided to send email query. I did receive a reply same day advising of holdup at customs. A few days later i received tracking details within it arriving within the week.
No where on the site stated it wasn’t in stock so an email advising this would have been much appreciated.
