I want to inform you that a cyber fraud incident happened with me on 19th October 2025. I had a ₹706 auto-renewal for my Gaana.com subscription, and while trying to contact your customer care through a number found on Google, I was misled by a fraud caller pretending to be from Gaana.

He made me install fake apps and I lost around ₹3,000 from my bank account. I understand this was a scam, but I wanted to alert your team so others don’t get trapped using your company’s name.

Gaana Charged an amount of 706.82 twice for renewals and there is no contact except an Email ID that sends out a standard mail stating that the amount is not refundable in any circumstances including for duplicate charge
The company appears to be on track to cheating customers since they have lost out heavily to Spotify.
I was a fan of Gaana, but not anymore. The attitude of cheating customers by indulging in double-charging is trust betrayed. It is not money but the way things are dealt with that matters.
I won't be surprised if Gaana disappears sooner than later

They have taken subscription twice and when I requested for refund they advised me to read the agreement form and informed that there is no policy for refund; I said ok then renew my subscription for two years.They refused. This is clear unethical business practice.Please don’t download this app.Unethical people. Surprised to see that the owner is Benet & Colman group( our own Times of India). Useless app and useless management. Don’t use the app.

The subscription was supposed to be activated on 01st November 2025 but was fraudulently activated today. Which is totally unacceptable and unethical. Please do not download this application and don't ever sign up for any subscription.

Very risky !!! Fraud aap, they auto debit the amount from your bank and do not refund even requested in same day.
Third class application and totally fraud. Your bank account will not be safe if you subscribe this fraud app.

Honestly In market there is lots of music app but Gana is one of the worst app which ever I use It was mine worst decision to download this bloody application it given 1rs subscription for attaining 599rs scam these people's were fraud they are doing cheating with the people 😡 even they are more shameful they are saying we will not refund they cut money through Autopay without mine permission and now they are behaving like this even they don't have any kind of such customer care or service's I request you to people please don't use this appp thank you 😊.

Horrible content in USA. Stupid customer service. Most of my favorites are not available.

sound quality terrible. I paid for whole year and they removed me after one month. I wrote to customer service but no replay. gave unp after couple time.

Gaana is a fraud app. I filed a complaint against this app last year. This year again they keep renewing my subscription without my consent. They do not respond to my emails. They do not have any customer service number. They disabled the canceling of the subscription. Why can not Apple ban these scamsters?

I was Gaana.com customer care number,8617-62-3551 happy with the site and their vast library selection of songs/albums; especially the old Hindi songs. About 3-4 weeks ago Gaana is always returning a 404 error when searching for old Hindi albums. There is no response from the email support and there is no number to call. I found the support email through web searches.

The search facility on Gaana is rubbish. Searching for popular evergreen songs turns up unheard of singers. Try any Rafi or Kishore songs.
No way to change email on account. My email account was compromised and Gaana informed me that original email cannot be changed! Mad!
The app deletes all data periodically and asks to login again. So you lose all your favourites etc.
Useless app! Avoid.

Tried to delete account through the settings on the app but they send you an email to click a link but the link isn't there. When you use the contact button on the app it tells you to email help@ganaa but when you send an email an automated response comes back saying you have to use the app. This is a scam AVOID AVOID AVOID

Wish I could give zero star. Like many before, you can't cancel the subscription.. STAY AWAY.. The auto renewal button slides, but on the next page, it says sorry could not cancel.. FRAUD, FRAUD FRAUD

I have been using it for a long time and took money and account not working. Emailed but no proper answer. So difficult to chase them.
And if u try to write review page won’t let you.
I m definitely going to cancel subscription now.

Worst App, they charged me for subscription and it don't work in UK. No customer support.

Purchased Gaana Plus 1-year subscription. It worked for a few months but now for more than 2 months; I cannot log-in to the account. I tried to reach to the Gaana team through emails but the problem is not resolved even after multiple reminders.
