Can customers trust your pricing?

The purchase experience was terrible. I paid for the product in full, acting in good faith as a customer. However, instead of receiving my order, I was asked to pay an additional €47 due to an alleged “system error” during checkout.

Their responce:
We would like to clarify that the discrepancy in price was caused by a recent increase in product costs. Unfortunately, our system failed to update the listing in time to reflect these changes, which resulted in the incorrect low price being displayed.

Therefore, an additional payment is required to proceed with your order.

A few facts:

The price I paid had been listed on the Geekmaxi website for at least 2–3 weeks since my first visit.

I am a good-faith customer and did not take any unauthorized actions that could have affected the price of the product I purchased.

The price on the Geekmaxi website was well within the market range, even though it was on the lower end, which is exactly why I chose to buy it there.

Shipping Address was not changed on demand

When I bought a power station, I accidentally added incorrect address to ship. I asked support to change it in couple minutes after order and received promise that it would be changed.
Eventually, it was not changed (by someone mistake?) and I am not able to change it on carrier's side. I am not sure how this situation will be finished, but definitely it brought a lot of inconveniences

I received a payment confirmation stating that my order had been accepted and that I would be able to track its status via my account on your website. However, since receiving this confirmation, I have not received any further information regarding the order or its current status.
Moreover, when I log into my account, the order does not appear at all, and there is no available tracking or status update. This lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable, especially considering that payment has already been successfully processed.
I kindly but firmly request that you:
provide immediate information about the status of my order, or
confirm when and how the order will be fulfilled.
If this issue cannot be resolved promptly, I expect a clear explanation and an appropriate resolution.

I purchased a Geekmaxi electric scooter, and unfortunately, I lost the documents for it over time. I contacted customer support and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and professionally my issue was resolved.

After I provided proof of purchase, the support team promptly helped restore the necessary information. The communication was very polite, friendly, and clear. It is obvious that the company truly cares about its customers and values their time.
