Work company ever

If I could rate a 0 I would.

Terrible service, takes weeks to deliver and continually changes the date. Item was received in the local facility for weeks and the date keeps changing. Won’t let me pick the item up either. They claim they have no delivery spots available.

Helpful and accommodating

The team was really helpful and brought my boxes all the way to my condo door which they didn't necessarily have to do. They normally would have had to leave it in the loading bay or with the conceirge. They were very patient when the service elevator was not working properly and brought everything up very quickly and made sure all the pieces were there before leaving.

Use any other service but GoBolt

False delivery times and abysmal at best customer service. I've never had a worse experience.
I ordered a couch and got notification that it was out for delivery. I signed up for both text and email notifications. My delivery timeframe was 9AM-9PM, I received the delivery notification at 9:40AM with a link to track the delivery live. I monitored the tracker all day up until I could see that the truck was 10 minutes away from my home. I left work early so I can be present for the delivery. This was at 4PM. I waited 4 more hours, the live tracker even said "now is the time to prepare for delivery" only to then get a notice just after 8PM that "delivery attempt was made" even though no one had showed up to my home. I have a large window that looks on to my porch as well as a doorbell camera that views the porch and street. There was no attempt.
GoBolt has no phone number, the only option is a Live Chat agent. Absolutely useless. They could not provide me any information, they just send scripted responses, offer no compensation, solution, or any help, and then they stop answering completely. Complete waste of time, money, and patience. If any other companies use GoBolt, I'd highly recommend to choose somewhere else.
