THANKS GOD FOR THE "RASTREADOR" AND FOR THE HELPFUL ATTITUDE OF THE LADIES WHO ANSWEARED THE TELEPHONE!!

USING EL RESTREADOR WAS PARAMOUNT TO MY RESEARCH!!
I HAD TO CALL THE RASTREADOR THREE TIMES TO ASK FOR HELP WITH THINGS THAT WERE NOT TOTALLY CLEAR TO ME. I SPOKE TO THREE DIFFERENT LADIES AND THEY ALL WERE EQUALLY HELPFUL, POLITE AND KNOWLEGABLE. TODAY I UNDERSTOOD HOW SOME INSURANCES OPERATE AND HOW EASY IT IS FOR A CUSTOMER TO, NAIVELY, GIVE WRONG INFORMATION NOT KNOWING THE IMPLICATION THAT THAT CAN HAVE ON THE PRICE OF THE INSURANCE, AND OTHER IMPORTANT ISSUES.

human contact is lost

An operator called me and, despite asking her to call me a few minutes later (since I was taking another call at work) she told me that she might not be able to do it. It seems that human contact is lost and we leave everything at the expense of an email (with the risk of fraud that exists today).

The best prize

The best prize
They offered me the best deal. I use my car only occasionally, and I was paying more than double compared to what I pay at Prima.
I believe it’s a great balance between price and benefits.
