Two months ago, I requested immediate closure of my account and opened a refund case. I submitted all the KYC documents they asked for.
After TWO months, I contacted live chat myself and was casually told that my account is “fully verified.” No one ever informed me of this. No updates. No transparency.
What makes this worse is that despite asking for my account to be closed, it’s still active and I continue to receive promotional emails and even PHONE CALLS encouraging me to deposit more money and gamble again.
How can you say a case is under review, keep someone’s money pending, ignore a closure request, and at the same time push them to deposit more?
This IS extremely shady and irresponsible. I just want my account closed and my refund resolved. The lack of transparency and constant marketing while a case is open is deeply concerning.

In my view, Holyluck is not licensed by the Dutch regulator to offer online gambling to consumers in the Netherlands, and I experienced very limited effective safeguards. When I contacted support about the issue, the process felt opaque and heavily one-sided.
