PASSED Step1 !!!! Dr. Damania's HYGURU course was amazing. The way he integrates systems helped me tremendously on the actual exam and learning how questions would be asked. In addition, his enthusiasm while teaching was a blessing and kept me alert during the learning process which made life easier. Will be moving on to using his STEP2 program as well. Outstanding 2-Day HYGuru USMLE Webinar…
Outstanding 2-Day HYGuru USMLE Webinar with Dr. Damania
I am so grateful for the excellent 2-day HYGuru USMLE webinar led by Dr. Damania. This was one of the most high-yield and efficient learning experiences I've had during my USMLE preparation.
Dr. Damania has a unique ability to simplify complex concepts and focus on exactly what the exam tests. The explanations were clear, organized, and clinically relevant, with constant emphasis on test-taking strategy.
The webinar helped me connect concepts, improve my reasoning, and feel more confident approaching questions. I truly appreciate the knowledge gained and highly recommend HY Guru and Dr. Damania to anyone serious about succeeding on the USMLE.
Engaging, confidence-building, and truly effective
I attended Rahul Damania’s recent live webinar and found it extremely effective and engaging.
The infographics and hand-drawn sketches blended perfectly with the slides, making concepts easy to follow and retain. The strong focus on active recall helped me realize that understanding was already there - I just needed the right system to retrieve it. Compared to earlier webinars where I struggled to keep up, I’m now able to answer at the same pace as others, which was a big confidence boost.
Despite running from 8:30 PM to 12:00 AM, the session never felt tiring. It was structured, immersive, and engaging throughout - more like watching a well-paced movie than a typical lecture.
This experience made it clear to me that live webinars can be far more effective than recorded courses, which often come with procrastination and resistance. I’d highly recommend Rahul’s live sessions to students at any stage of their preparation.
Pure Genius- This is NOW and the future!!!
It goes without saying, Dr. Damania is pure genius!!! The best of all the worlds (pun intended visual UWorld) should be a new "Gold Standard" He is the Modern blend of DrNajeeb, Pathoma, UWorld, even Pixorize/Sketchy, DirtyMed/Ninja but for all areas most comprehensive and is both Test Strategy but also Clinical clarifications, SPACED REPETITION, Vignette based, should be a go to early in Basic Sciences and continued through Steps. Thank you for dedication, for commitment to helping students grow and become competent, confident, comprehensively trained future practitioners both on Prometric Day and in residency/hospital/clinic!!!
Underrated
I attended HyGuru's Step 2 CK Psych/Ethics Comprehensive Rapid Review, and let's just say I signed up for WAYYY more than what I expected. It wasn't just your straightforward psych and ethics. It was excellent, thorough integration of other topics from IM, pharm, and even biostats!! Highly recommend!
Psychiatry and ethics review for usmle step 2
I wanted to share a brief recommendation regarding your Psychiatry and Ethics review approach. The integration of UWorld-style question analysis with clear ethical reasoning and test-taking strategy has been extremely effective and closely reflects how the USMLE frames these topics. The emphasis on clinical judgment, decision-making hierarchy, and exam logic makes this methodology especially valuable for me preparing for Step 1 and 2 exams. Thank you I learned a lot
Thank you
Dr. Rahul’s course on Psychology and Ethics was very helpful and easy to understand. I learned a lot and really appreciate the effort put into the teaching. Thank you for a great job!

Instrumental during this process!
Rahul has been a true pillar of support throughout my Step 2 CK (and Step 1) study journey. Between HyGuru and his personal mentorship, it is evident that Rahul genuinely cares that we learn the material, not only for our exams, but also for our future careers. I am forever grateful for his guidance. Thanks, Rahul!!
Passed Step 1 First Attempt!!!
I highly recommend Dr. Damania's USMLE Step 1 Pass/Fail course! I was able to pass Step 1 on my first attempt with his resources. They way he integrates anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, microbiology, and pharmacology into each subject had me recognizing and answering questions with ease on test day. NBME Top Concepts was a life saver!! Thank you so much for helping me with this win!!! WE DID IT!
Course Review
I had watched all of Dr. Rahul's hourly sessions on different step 1 systems and literally learnt so much stuff in a short while. He teaches all the NBME concepts in such a thorough manner literally all those concepts just sit in your brain easily. He also offers comprehensive step 1 and step 2 courses. I bet you wont regret it.
