I will probably never use a renting company again, because of my experience with Idoneo. They have a contract that is totally in their favour - do not sign with them! It's better to go to the car manufacturer (e.g. Hyundai) directly. Idoneo are very hard to get hold of and don't have phone numbers on their emails. They do not speak English.
