Fantastic Crew
I had an endoscopy at Bicester and I was looked after superbly from the moment I came into the clinic to the moment I left. The entire team was empathetic and warm and kind and Matt led me through the entire process with such professionalism and kindness. He was amazing. I am so grateful to have such lovely people in our NHS. Thankyou.
No patients care at all.
I was reffered to Inhealth in Fitzrovia (London) for a pelvic scan for 2 consecutive years. On both occasions, the nurses/technicians where very cold and unwelcoming, more concerned with their phones (watching at it on loudspeaker during the examination!) than walking me through the procedure. The first time I had the scan, was slightly better as one of the practicioners was at least explaining to me what they found out through the scan and they were reassuring me. The most recent appointment felt awful and dehumanizing. I left the room very concerned about the scan results (not discussed with me at all) and felt not taken care of on a fundamental human level. Very umprofessional. Some people would be better off doing jobs that don't require human contact. The NHS should be ashamed to work with this provider.
Everything went smoothly & in a very…
Everything went smoothly & in a very efficient & thoughtful way. All the staff were very good. One was exceptional, Abigail. So im giving my first ever review on anything after being lucky enough to have such a great aftercare nurse.
Finally had my colonoscopy
Finally had my colonoscopy, I have no record of this has I had sedation. The hard part is the prep, that is something else and you could bend a folk in the drink, and when it kicks in, you raise quicker than a rocket going to the moon.... staff were lovely and friendly..
HIGH HANDED, EXPLOITATIVE, PATRONISING, OBSCURE
referred for echo, no appointments. Had to log in everyday. No appointments. Finally had an email appointment, 48 hrs notice. Was not told they would call me. I was told to call them. ...every day! Attended, seen on time, no problem. Received another appointment, 48 hrs notice, claiming I had rebooked appointment. I didn't. It looked like the same procedure so I phoned to enquire. I Kept asking the officer if it was a different procedure or a repetition. Eventually he stopped telling me I had rebooked and confirmed it was a different procedure. Nobody told me I needed two appointments.
Hearing clinic at the rsh
I attended the hearing clinic at the royal south hants hospital to get my hearing aids repaired the young audiologist was brilliant very professional extremely helpful and friendly she made the hour walk worthwhile.
no after care
I was referred to Inhealth Bristol for an abdominal ct scan with contrast. I became very ill immediately but sent home in pain and vomiting and told to ring 111. I spent the next 15 hours in A and E with a severe kidney problem that required urgent surgery. The lack of aftercare is obviously dangerous. I would never use this service again
Exceptional service end to end
Exceptional service end to end. Many thanks to the North Bristol team
Got a phone call Monday 10th November…
Got a phone call Monday 10th November to book an MRI through my insurance and managed to get in for 15th November. They told me on the phone they’d send over all details within 4 hours. Realised on the morning of my scan (Saturday) I’d had no communication, tried to ring but they were closed therefore I had to ring around MRI places in the area to see if I was booked there as they hadn’t even told me the exact location just the city. Found the place and the man on the phone told me they didn’t have my email address so didn’t send any info - could they not have text or rang me when they realised this? I had arranged childcare for my baby etc. then got another phone a few hours later to say the machine wasn’t working. Didn’t complain as these things happen but rearranged for 24th November at 7:20pm - this time at a hospital as I thought it’s unlikely the machine would break there. Again arranged childcare for my baby which was an inconvenience due to the time, however I wanted in for the scan asap so went with it. Got a phone call at 6:30pm whilst I was in the car on way to appt, to say due to staff shortages they were cancelling AGAIN. Surely they knew more than 45 minutes before my scan that no one was available?!
Waited almost an hr before procedure
Waited almost an hr before procedure
I had a severely sore throat and can’t swallow after coming home
So painful . Had this done before with no pain afterwards at John Radcliffe hospital Oxford . This time I was sent to in health at Bicester. Never again awful experience . I had endoscopy done
Done on 11/11/2025
AVOID !
I arrived at the venue at the Maypole Shopping Centre, Birmingham, for an NHS MRI, and was told the MRI has "broken down". They said someone should have called me to let me know. (They actually called me to say "don't come" while I was on my way home!) So - I rescheduled the MRI - and I've just had a text to say it's been cancelled. No explanation, no new appointment offered. What a shambles! AVOID!!! This business is UTTERLY unreliable.
My Recent Clinical Procedure
I had my second clinical procedure at the North Bristol InHeath Group clinic and it was as good as the first. The staff involved in my procedure were Jo, Victoria A, Maffy, Julie, Toni and Tom. I can not speak highly enough about the care I received. At each stage of the procedure I was given all the information I needed and given the opportunity to ask any questions. Each member of staff was very friendly and made me feel completely relaxed.
I recently needed to reschedule my MRI…
I recently needed to reschedule my MRI appointment at the InHealth clinic and contacted their team for assistance. I was fortunate to be connected with Natalie, who handled my enquiry with the utmost professionalism. She was clear, patient and attentive, ensuring that I fully understood the new arrangements. Beyond her efficiency, Natalie’s kind and reassuring manner made what could have been a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I greatly appreciate the high standard of service she provided and the genuine care she showed throughout our conversation.
Thank you so much Natalie!!
Dissapointing
InHealth is an absolute shambles of a company. The call centre staff are surly, rude and dismissive – every interaction feels like you’re an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of help. Their attitude is appalling, and their Customer “service” is worse.
Here I am, FIVE days on from my knee MRI scan, and still no results. Nothing. No communication, no explanation, no basic courtesy. Just silence. For a healthcare provider, this level of incompetence is beyond unacceptable – it’s appalling.
And let’s not forget the insult on top of injury: as a veteran, I should not have to pay for an MRI scan in the first place. Yet here I am, out of pocket, treated with contempt, and left waiting.
InHealth doesn’t care about patients, doesn’t care about Customer service standards, and certainly doesn’t care about the people they’re supposed to be serving. They are unprofessional, uncaring, and utterly disgraceful.
I use them for my “NHS” hearing aids
I use them for my “NHS” hearing aids. Over the years their devices have gone from “in ear” tiny things to huge cumbersome ones. Their latest version has a nightmare Bluetooth connect which has a mind of its own, with switches on the top to change modes (exactly where my glasses go). They even change mode while chewing food. Whoever designed these is an idiot. Whoever said they are worth manufacturing is an even bigger idiot.
It doesn’t end there…
I used to call for an appointment (as they obviously need changing) but no, “sorry, all bookings are now online”. Great, so I used this service only to be told - after a 3 day wait for an email response, that I need to call another number. The 1st call could have given me that number. Red tape gone crazy.
Ipswich in health endoscopy
Attended clinic in Ipswich today for colonoscopy . Experience was excellent from start to finish . Thanks to Anna for admitting me and going through the procedure and putting me at ease, answering all my questions. Jam and Kay were lovely and made me feel relaxed throughout the procedure . Judy then went through my report afterwards and was really helpful and friendly . Thank
You all for making the whole experience stress free and comfortable
Ipswich Community Endoscopy
The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Special mention to Deb, Ben, Mr Morgan. Very reassuring and made me feel welcome and at ease. Jam was fantastic and looked after me after the procedure. Would highly recommend.
Very poor service at the Cheltenham MRI…
Very poor service at the Cheltenham MRI mobile, not only is there very steep staircase to enter which I found very neglectful of "health professionals" to expect people with ankle and leg injuries to struggle to climb them possibly causing more damage but the rude staff that work
in there who are on some power trip
thinking because they are in some
mobile where their behaviour isn't overseen by anyone professional
it gives them the
right to treat people poorly. My
daughter was sent away twice for
absolute nonsense, one was to fill out a form which could have been sent out prior to the appointment on both
occasions having to climb and decend the steep metal staircase. When booking the appointment we wasn't told it was some claustrophobic mobile in asda carpark; If we'd have been made aware My daughter wouldn't have gone as she was very nervous and she wanted me near but I was very rudely told to get out. They get paid alot of money for this below par level of service. I wouldn't recommend.
I was actually sitting in the waiting…
I was actually sitting in the waiting room at the medical centre, waiting for my scan, when I received a phone call to say my appointment was cancelled!!
I am absolutely livid!
I'd made the effort to get there on time, having had to make arrangements to cover other commitments, only to be told 'pfft - go away'
Also the travel time and cost of actually getting there, the anxiety of the scan itself, just to be told you'll have to do it all again!
I am absolutely fuming!
Great MRI experience …
First of all the fact I cd get an open mri scan as I have claustrophobia. The place is so central and very clean and also friendly staff. The radiographers Mamta and Nica made me feel so secure and I managed to get it done!! Thank you
