Let down by Junkyards poor choice of delivery partner Helthjem

Do not buy online if it's being delivered by Helthjem!

I ordered some snowboard bindings on the 16th, on the 18th I received a text saying they had been "delivered" by Helthjem they hadn't. I contacted Helthjem & Junkyard to say I had not received them. They both responded saying the package was "lost".

Junkyard customer service offered me a new set or a refund. I asked for a new set to be sent out provided it could be done swiftly.

Today, I have just received an email from Junkyard saying "my package was not retrieved" (I'm assuming the first one) and they would charge me 100 NOK for the shipping and handling costs!

I still have no idea where the "second" set of bindings are? And the first ones appear to be heading back to the warehouse!

I'm sat here writing this 9 days after ordering with no bindings, no refunds and NO idea what's happening....oh and the treat of an additional 100 NOK being charged for the inconvenience!

Edit:

New bindings were sent out on the 26.03.2021 they were being delivered by Helthjem again......I checked the tracking very early in the morning on the 27th (around 5am!) It said the bindings had been delivered, curious (and in desperate need for new bindings for Easter holidays) I went to check. There was nothing on the "doormat" outside the house. I walked up the road to the post boxes around 50m away and there they were "balanced" on the group of post boxes in the middle of the street getting soaked!

Overall this experience was a real pain in the ass! I wont be rushing to use Junkyard again if they continue to favor Helthjem as there delivery service.

I am so sorry that the package hasn't been delivered as promised.
Due to high demand we have experienced som delays.
It seems that the package has been delivered on the 04/12.
