Shipping was so fast and the quality of the lingerie is great! I compared a few different websites and decided to go with Lace & Lush. They really ticked all of the boxes as far as quality, great service, and an affordable price! Can’t wait to wear : )

During transport, items can unfortunately shift inside the packaging, which may cause them to arrive wrinkled or scrunched. This does not mean the item has been previously used or returned.

Worry turned to joy

I was really concerned when I realised this company was overseas and didn't realise deliver would be over a week. I was even more concerned when the item didn't fit. The items themselves are beautiful and I wanted to order the next size up but needed it in a rush and didnt have time to return it and wait for an exchange. I asked for a refund and was ready to place a new order. However I was told this wasn't necessary I could keep the small item and they would send me a replacement free of charge including a laundery care bag. I was dubious as this seemed too good to be true however the items has indeed shown up today and its perfect
