I bought the eSIM on 28th December, landed in Kuala Lumpur on 31st December, installed the esim, but it didn't work. I sent many emails, but you didn't respond on time. I ended up buying a new sim. Then you promised the refund, but you haven't refunded the money yet.

Dodgy outfit. Avoid

Ordered data sim from Amazon for a Pet Tracker. 3 Weeks later nothing. They did not ship it. I think the price was lower on Amazon than direct from them so they just didn’t do anything with the Amazon order. No coms despite trying to contact them. Dodgy outfit. Hola very good if you travelling to Italy or UK.

If I could put a negative review I would. They are a complete scam. The eSIM did not work at all and after one sided emails to try and get support there was no reply so I asked for a refund and it was crickets. No response. They steal money from you. Just get a local SIM card when you get to the country.

Bought a SIM card for Bali. It just does not work. Tried everything, even took it into a phone shop to ask there advice and they told me the SIM card was blocked. Do not waste your money on this company. It is a scam!

An absolute waste of time and money.
No service, no signal and no assistance.

They claim to have 24/7 assistance, however after 2 attempted requests for assistance in the last 6 days we are still yet to receive any assistance.

The name says it all really.

Lemon mobile, Lemon products

These guys live up to their name. Their service and SIMs are total lemons. I bought three eSIMs and every single one died on me even though they swore they were fine. The moment I asked for help, they just ghosted me. Absolute scammers. Save yourself the time and money.

No issuance of SIM card and no customer support.

Bought a physical SIM card to be sent out. Website says dispatched 24-48hours after ordering. 4 days later and it’s still not been sent. Emailed in to see what was happening, no reply to emails. Has this company gone into hiding? I think it’s going to be a bank chargeback refund. Save your money buy elsewhe, it’s not worth the risk..

Purchased esim online for Singapore and…

Purchased esim online for Singapore and Malaysia , But did not work at all. I have contacted Lemon Mobile and raised the issue and after 4 days of our travel , they said that they will send another link and it should work. Which didn't. and I asked to refund me and they agreed to refund. after a week we came back to Australia. now 3 months passed still did get refund.

First time ok, second time terrible. AVOID!!!

Have used them twice now. Once on a trip to Vietnam. No issues, great.

Now in Bali. 2 SIM cards for our family. 1 is very very slow to the point of not working, 1 doesn't work at all. The limited instructions don't even match my phone.

Despite promising good support on their website they are unresponsive.

Fortunately hotel has wifi but we can't use data when we are out, which is the whole point of a SIM.

So very disappointed in the product and after sales service. I will never ever use them again, and advise you not to either. Best case is I get a refund but the fact they aren't responding to emails, I'm not hopeful. Ills contact Fair Trading next.

LEMON MOBILE NOT REGISTERED AS A TELECOMMUNICATIONS ORGANISATION

If l could give a negative l would. Do not purchase from lemon mobile as they are not a registered telecommunication operator in Australia. They don't have an office in Melbourne as l presented there. They don't have a phone number and they don't respond to emails. Multiple regulators in Victoria are now making enquiries as they are breaching consumer rights.

Bought the 10 day platinum for Vietnam…

Bought the 10 day platinum for Vietnam for over $40, received the QR code however when attempting to activate it in Vietnam (bought the package the day before I landed) it wouldn’t work stating the QR code was invalid, despite all attempts. Communicated my issues via email to lemon mobile which they replied and gave me a list of potential solutions (of which none worked). Emailed in hopes of a response so I could get a refund, and I was around 3-4 days into my trip at this point and no response. Do not use lemon, too good to be true.

Have tried my Aus/NZ sim in my Samsung fe20, dual sim which errored “send USSD failed”. Nothing online to help. I’ve tried in iPhone, no error, but no connection either. I’ve emailed for support , three times, and messaged via instagram, nothing. No online chat available. this is ridiculous , especially as you are supposed to be providing services for people who are travelling and who can’t set up the sim in advance of arriving in the foreign destination. Hoping this will prompt you to help. I appreciate it’s a weekend, but there’s nothing to say you only help during the week, your website show support 9am to 7pm. 😫
