EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Lily Styler.

I purchased hairstyling equipment from them costing around £40–£45 per item. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the quality of the products, so I contacted the company to request a return and refund.

They responded and instructed me to send the unused items back to their warehouse, assuring me that once received, a refund would be issued. I followed their instructions and returned the products as requested.

It has now been 10 months, and I have neither received a refund nor had the products returned to me. Despite reaching out, the issue remains unresolved.

This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company, as my attempt to resolve the matter through proper channels has not been successful.

Ordered this in November and although…

Ordered this in November and although it took a few weeks to arrive, I am so happy with it. People have complained about the packaging, but you just throw that away anyway and store in a soft bag. My only gripe is that i wanted to ask a question about it and apparently they have disappeared off the face of the earth. Cannot access the website and emails bounce back. Such a shame.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would.
Ordered my mum a hair styler for Christmas but I didn’t realise she had one very similar so wanted to send back, I have emailed 4 times, even my mum has emailed asking how to return the item. We have been totally ignored. I also commented on one of their instagram posts asking to a reply, the comment was deleted moments later. Save your money & shop elsewhere. Terrible customer service.

Already broken…

Order mine before Christmas and have loved it since I had it, the delivery was longer than I expected but the hairdryer itself has been good until recently when the fixing for the brushes have worn and now the brushes are not secure when drying hair, they are pulling away from the main hairdryer. Frustrating, will see how much longer it lasts but will not be replacing with another… 😞

To be honest I got it before Christmas before reading all the do not buy reviews and it has been in the box since. Got is out for a benefit of the doubt trial.. used for 5 mins, overheated (despite the overheating protection) and won’t switch on again! Went to website to instigate the “money back guarantee” and lo and behold the website no longer exists! I see they are doing another AI push on Instagram at £79!!! I paid £39 .. 39p would be too much

I am appalled by Lilystyler London. I ordered the Styler and a bag for it as part of a Christmas present in December. I was also charged £3.95 and £9.95 which I never concented to just to not receive anything 2 months later! How do I get my money back?

I got the set for Christmas but i hate it and can’t return it

I got the set for Christmas but idk if it’s just my thick hair but I spent 2 hours curling it all and after 20 minutes it all fell out, it’s very noisy, feels cheap and rubbish, wish I got a refund but reading other reviews I doubt they’ll reply, it’s very bad and I wouldnt recommend getting, also whenever I turn it to the highest heat it smells burnt and the bottom of it keeps getting pieces of my hair caught and pulled out it’s absolutely rubbish don’t waste ur money

Absolute garbage

The idea presented in their Instagram ads that Dyson are mad at them because they’re so good is laughable. This cheaply made plastic tat is worse than the cheapest hairdryer going. Trying to imply they have Dyson technology is just a lie. The case is so cheaply made it’s falling apart when you get it and don’t even think about contacting customer services. They just don’t reply. Please don’t waste your money like I did!

SCAM COMPANY! BE WARNED!!

Ordered the Lilystyler on the 31st of December, the item was never dispatched and therefore never arrived! Customer service ignored all 3 of my emails, asking where my item was and, eventually, requesting a refund. I ended up having to do a chargeback through my bank and I just had notification Lilystyler are disputing it, the absolute cheek and audacity!!! They're actually fighting to keep MY money that they have stolen! This is 1000% a dirty, dishonest, thieving, scammy little company run by maggot people - do NOT send them your money!
