I bought a product from them, and paid. It never arrived. I complained, they said they shipped it again, and sent tracking info. It never arrived. The tracking info on the tracking says the shipment was cancelled. This is not a shop, it is an agency for collecting money from fools. As with every site: Ignore the official Trustpilot rating, look at how many reviews are one star.

The key fact of the situation is that I paid for something in September, this is January, and I have received nothing. They say they shipped something twice, but the tracking information says the shipments were cancelled. I have now been promised a refund, but contrary to the vendor's statement, I have NOT received it, and the problem is NOT resolved. Maybe it will come, maybe not. Either way, why would you use this company? 47% one star reviews, 425 clients who did not get treated well.

I ordered a lamp in August. It’s October and I still have not received anything. As others have said this is clearly a scam website.

Everything went wrong. I made the order of 3 vases after chatting with them online to confirm delivery dates. Goods arrived after a month. I chatted with them again and asked to cancel the order since I would not have been home at the time of arrival and goods were too late, but they said this was not possible. I tracked the goods coming from CHINA (no mention of origin on the website). When goods arrived I was on a business trip, I returned and opened one of the packages and was dismayed to see the quality was shocking the vases are horrible. I immediately emailed to ask for a refund (The packages are still sitting intact in my office) and they said it was too late... So I am stuck with very expensive vases of awful quality and no refund. DO NOT USE THEM. UPDATE further to their reply: I requested for the order to be cancelled before it even arrived, since it arrived after over 1 month from the order and it was NOT within their given time. I knew from the outset that I would not be present at the time of the arrival of the goods for over a month, and, to comply with their time frame, I requested for a refund and cancellation of the order before it even arrived. So their response is standard, and a further indication of their bad faith,

first article was very low quality compared to the one on the picture. The second was different from the one ordered but they claimed it to be the same despite me showing them the difference in pictures

It's a cheap Chinese product. A waste of money. I purchased a table lamp. After waiting for 5-6 weeks, I received the item from China (the value of the product on the label shows 7 euros!). And now—the shade doesn't fit the lamp!

Made in china, super expensive and terrible quality! We waited for a month to receive super expensive lights that the quality is absolutely disastrous.
What a disappointment! This website is not serious! Don’t order!
The company did not offer me a cash refund but only a product voucher which is not useful at all since I dont want buy any lamps there anymore as the quality is bad.

Bad service, bad quality
I bought 2 lamps for 520€, one of them didn’t work, it’s not possible to replace the lightbulbs, because it’s a cheap made in china lamp. I asked for a replacement, and got two new lamps, who look different than the first one and an again don’t work. Customer service only in French… although they act as an international company. I cannot recommend spending any money there.

Worst customerservice ever experienced
Ordered 6 chairs and paied 2000 Euros. I live in switzerland. They took the money and after our first question, when they will be delivered, we were told 6 to 8 weeks. Fine. Then later they said they will not deliver to switzerland, as the products are too big. But in their shop they claim to deliver in switzerland and that voluminous parcels will be delivered. We wanted a contact to complain to, but these questions were never answered, just that they are sorry. THey offered a voucher. But what shall i buy, when they do not deliver to switzerland. In the end they just returned our money with the offer of a new vocher. Worst customerservice ever experienced. Will take a laywer now.

My order didn't arrive after 6 weeks
Hello! I have more than 6 weeks since I placed my first order with Lumeers (September,26th) and still the status of the order is "in transit". It cannot be possible that one order stays in transit status from October,1st and until now. I've paid more than 1,000 EUR on 3 orders from Lumeers and they are not able to give an information on the expected date of delivery.
