Unethical & Under Handed

The same outcome, I placed a one-time purchase, then all of a sudden another 3 bottles were charged to my card, I was told I had a subscription which was complete rubbish, I emailed them immediately whilst payment was pending they then stretched this out with email after email so time would lapse and the order was sent and couldn't be reversed , no refund, stay away from this company they are unethical and underhanded

I placed an order by mistake and…

I placed an order by mistake and contacted them immediately to cancel it. They claimed the order was already dispatched, which makes no sense as I contacted them right after placing the order.

When I requested a refund, I kept receiving system-generated responses saying they “understand,” but that they cannot cancel the order. Instead, they suggested holding it for 2–3 months, even though I clearly asked for the order to be canceled.

To my surprise, they also mentioned a subscription that I never opted for. I clearly asked them to cancel the subscription as well, yet I continue to receive automated emails with no proper resolution.

Overall, very disappointing customer service and poor handling of cancellations. I want my order to be cancelled and want my refund from these scammers.
Guys beware.

Evenings used to come with noticeable…

Evenings used to come with noticeable swelling in my ankles. After a few weeks, that wasn’t happening as often. It made nights more comfortable.

Very late delivery

Very late delivery, my product hasn’t moved on the tracking for 6 days now. I emailed them and they said they can’t know where my product is.
I saw that I was subscribed and emailed them a hundred times saying it was a onetime purchase.

Waking up used to come with a tight

Waking up used to come with a tight, swollen feeling. After staying consistent, that sensation faded. I didn’t change anything else, so the difference was easy to notice.

I’m having the exact same problem

I’m having the exact same problem! Do not buy this product! It’s a total scam! I signed up for one bottle and now I’m in a subscription I cannot get out of. I never signed up for it! I have reached out several times to the customer service and still they have not helped me to get it cancelled. The just asked more questions. It’s hell! I’m going to have to put a stop on my credit card just to stop receiving bottles of this crap that I never signed up for! Do not I repeat do not buy this! You will automatically be in the subscription and you can’t get out of it!

Be warned

Be warned! This product is no good.
After using this product twice I had severe stomache pains. Pains that were bad enough to have me bed bound. There is nothing else I digested that was new other than this product. I believe the ingredients in this product may be good solo but mixed together they are clearly unsafe.

Scam

Agree with everyone else this is a scam!
I did not knowingly agree to a subscription at checkout. I contacted support immediately after the charge, indicating the order had not yet been fulfilled. If a subscription was pre-selected or not clearly disclosed, that is not informed consent. I was charged $60 on my card today.

I am requesting a full refund, not a subscription pause. This experience feels misleading and has damaged my trust in this company.

Do not purchase from this company, it's a rip-off

I used one bottle but didn't like it and emailed them, as return the unused bottles. They refused to take back the unused product despite the fact that they claim returns will be allowed within 30 days. I asked them to cancel all future orders. Then I got another bottle a few days later, then TODAY (Feb. 9, 2026) i received 3 more bottles. They took $60 from my account. I am FURIOUS. They are a scam company.

They are liars and scamers

They are liars and scamers, and once you make one order from them even if you do not check the bix for subscription they subscribe you, and aftet that they won't let you get rid of them! I've sent couple of requests to cancel my aleged subscription on account of which they billed me needlessly second time, after I haven't recieved my first order yet and it's ovet a month! I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE and they are fraud! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Their support service is shitty as is their company. If I do not get response to my mails requesting cancellation, I will make a phone call recording that I am asking for cancelation or I will sue them. And then I will go to my bank and to the police telling them that Lymphiria is holding my credit card a hostage and extracting money from me. Let's see how that sits with them. Also, I shall tell this on every ad they post for their products, everywhere it appears on social media. Assholes.
