Overall, malum.co is a reliable platform. The dashboard is clean and mostly self-explanatory. I'm giving it 4 stars only finding specific advanced settings can sometimes take a minute, the layout could be a tiny bit more intuitive. But functionality wise? No complaints at all.

We've been using malum.co for a while now, and honestly, it's been working great. I was dreading the setup process ( as it usually goes with payment gateways), but it was actually much easier than I expected. Payments process quickly, and the one time we needed help, support replied almost immediately. Solid experience so far.

Malum.co does a solid job handling payments. Everything feels secure and professional. I like that it just works and I dont have to worry about it all the time.

Very disappointing experience. Their website is constantly offline, the fees are extremely high, and they block accounts and funds without any prior notice. The support is almost never available and doesn’t provide any real help. I’ve lost both time and money with this company definitely not recommended

Very Good Gateway. Using it on daily basis. The fees are a bit high but overall is good.

Great service, wish i knew it existed before. Would have saved me a lot of trouble with all these others C2C processors. Payouts are instant but support responses sometimes take up to a day.

I mean it's OK. They do payouts with no kyc but it's pretty annoying that all my customers need to complete identification / kyc on checkout. Lost alot of sales due to this. Otherwise they are legit

Had a bad overall experience with these Malum guys. Everything started fine, but once the balance hit a certain amount, payouts were delayed by weeks again and again. Support barely responds, it feels like they just disappear when you need them most. On top of that, there are a lot of transaction declines for no clear reason. Honestly, it seems like it’s run by the same people behind a previous C2C company I used, which had the exact same issues. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for reliability or timely payouts.

Using malum now since six month and i need to say its perfect. Way better than the other similar processors i tried. My customers stopped complaining that they cant pay with card since now they can and its cheap also.
