Natural cold oils that has good fresh oil quality and good taste.. packaging is good also but it is some diffulty in shipping bec it is in india so make sure before making orders... also there is not enough information on the websites .. it should be more clear bec it desirves its fresh indian oils with high quality..

Absolutely delicious and light on the guts
Absolutely light on the guts. Have used for sometime and enjoyed using McCaptain cold pressed coconut and sesame oils for stir frying and dressings. The oils are odourless and good to gel with the meals .

Safe for my Lever- McCaptain Sesame Oil
A friend of mine introduced me to sesame oil from McCaptain as they invited us for dinner…this was so light in cooking & to my surprise I felt no acid reflexes next day …which normally I normally suffer with all available high value brands in the market…I am using this oil from last 1 month & so delighted to recommend McCaptain…if one cares for health of his family & friends..this is a product to be trusted….cheers
