The support from Tracback.help was outstanding! As anticipated, they were extremely helpful in resolving my $60,800
frozen fund issue.

I am having so many issues trying to get access to invested funds that went into my Mdexproex account to no available... over $1,200,000 in limbo. I have sent so many emails and been instructed to go into the anonymous chat within the app. This does not exist for me I don’t get the option to chat. I have gone through every single step 30 times and it does not work. I want my money back and it’s being illegally kept from me. I have provided all my personal, banking and ID verification and still nowhere close to getting my funds sent to me.

This company is not fit for purpose and in my experience not independent, the staff (if there are any) are poorly trained, some don't even seem to understand English, I wasted nearly 4 months with these clowns and the outcome was already decided before the details were received, don't waste your time.

There is a pressing need for regulatory reforms to ensure greater accountability and to address the actions of companies that may be operating in this manner. Now Forwarded to ayr'LP for Mdexproex to be investigated and work within laws and not on false representation.
