Miinto is my go-to shopping choice for me and my family. Huge selection, great brands, and professional service!
Regardless of the country of purchase, the goods are delivered lightning fast (the fastest shipping I've ever experienced).
Easy returns and very good customer service are what made me switch from the competition to Miinto.

Its second time MIINTO is taking…

Its second time MIINTO is taking partner shop side instead of helping their direct customer. Luxury item that has not held to its price and quality. was sent back and there tha whole process has started. Simple request was to change the item or return the payment. after 4 months they sugest to replace the item with new, but the season has changed from mild autumn to harsh winter. Last purchase here.. wont suggest anyone who values the customer service.

I never received my package, and when i contacted them about it they never got back to me. So I have not gotten my package or a refund for it. Will never shop here again.

This store is extremely bad

This store is extremely bad. On November 10th, the customer service sent me an email saying that the goods would be dispatched within two working days. It's already been three days, and I still haven't received the email confirming the dispatch on November 13th. On the same day, miinto sent me an email saying that DHL express might delay the delivery. miinto promised to dispatch the goods within two days, but it was only on the third day that they said they would let DHL pick up the package for dispatch. But later, miinto said that DHL might delay the delivery of my package. miinto is really an irresponsible company!! It was already late for DHL to pick up the package, which caused the delivery of my package by DHL to be delayed as well!! It's not punctual at all!!!

Urgent: Missing Dust Bag, Hanger & Proof of Authenticity – Response Needed Before Return Deadline

Hi Miinto,

I am following up again regarding the third Max Mara coat I received. This coat was supposed to replace the previous one that showed clear signs of being fake.

This third coat arrived without the standard Max Mara items (dust bag and branded hanger). For a luxury product at this price point, this is unacceptable. In addition, I still have not received any proof of authenticity, despite multiple requests.

As stated in Norwegian consumer law, when a seller claims an item is authentic, the seller must be able to provide documentation if the customer has reasonable grounds to question it. I have already explained why I have such grounds.

My return deadline is next Monday, so I need the following immediately:
1. Dust bag for this coat
2. Branded Max Mara hanger
3. Proof of authenticity (invoice from supplier, brand confirmation, or equivalent)

If I do not receive these items/documentation before the deadline, I will have no choice but to return the coat and escalate the issue further.

Please respond as soon as possible.

I ordered a coat from Miinto and was excited to receive it quickly. The quality was excellent and the item was authentic, but it wasn’t exactly the same model as in the pictures.
Their support team responded kindly and offered help right away, which I really appreciated.
Overall, a good experience, though I’d suggest they check product details more carefully.
