This company is a complete fraud. Someone needs to put these people in jail for theft. I never got my item and they replied back it was stolen. They said a refund would be issued and nothing was refunded and now the company phone number no longer exists.

I ordered 3 king size sheet sets last November 2026. Sent an inquiry on status in December 2026. They informed me my sheets had been stolen and they were working on getting my delivery out. The total cost was $400. Today is 1/29/26 and I've heard nothing from them, nor am I able to find their website. They seemed to have disappeared. Very upset I've been ripped off and the culprit has disappeared.

I would like to rate them Negative Stars, since I never received my products. They gave numerous excuses from material delays, product stolen and so on. It’s been 4 months and I don’t expect to get my merchandise anymore. Hard lesson to learn but hopefully others won’t make same mistake as I did and research this company before ordering.

Only One pillowcase!!
I actually like the sheets that I ordered. However, never have I ever bought a set of sheets that came with only ONE pillowcase. I was sure this was an error that could easily be fixed. Oh no Sir! That’s their policy: one pillowcase with each set. I told them this is a very bad policy that will hurt their business.

The company delivered the king size…
The company delivered the king size linen sheets and one pillowcase. I wrote almost 40 emails back and forth with them about this. We argued about the issue foe awhile until they agreed to send me new pillowcase which never happened. Who knows if my sheets are even real linen. SCAM - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
My Order# was #19391 was placed on September 29, 2025. I received an email on October 14, 2025 stating it was on it's way. On November 8,2025 I finally received the order, however what they sent was not a California Kings set (as ordered). I reached out on Nov. 10,2025 and have had no less than 15 interactions with their customer Service (Betreff and Odyssa) regarding the issue - they continually ask for video's measurements etc., which I send. They always respond with needing another measurement another video. It is VERY CLEAR they do not fit my bed (BTW, I have a regular King Mattrass but I ordered the California King for the extra room for an easy fit) I would give this company a -0- if it was an option. The customer service is a joke at best. AGAIN, I ordered (Cali-King Set), paid and waited months before the sheets arrived. Upon arrival I find they sent the WRONG SIZE. I have provided 4+ videos and multiple photos (as asked for) - THEY NEVER MAKE IT RIGHT. All they do is keep asking for additional videos, measurements etc. They are a complete SHAM! I ordered a set of linen sheets on 10/14/2025 for $153.99. It's now January of 2026 and I have not received any sheets, NOR did I get a refund when I requested one. Instead, I got a lame email stating that my order was "stolen" and they would send a new one right away. This email was sent a few weeks ago and I still have not heard anything from the company about this supposed "new order" and I have also not received a refund. I do not recommend this company AT ALL ... they should not be in business. I am proceeding to try to dispute the charges with my credit card company.
Their excuses for not shipping keep changing
I should have read the reviews first. In October I ordered sheets based on their Facebook ads. They claimed their linen stock wasn't up to their standards and they were getting it "rewoven". In November they claimed my package must have been lost or stolen and they would start another order. In December I officially cancelled the order citing California and Fed consumer laws. They stated they were working with suppliers but couldn't quote a shipment date; also that cancellations must be made within 24 hours of ordering. I guess the next steps will be my state attorney general and BBB.

I ordered four sets of sheets for Christmas presents in October, and spent over $500. They keep telling me the order was stolen and reshipped, several times, the only thing that was stolen is my money, I obviously had to purchase other presents for my grown children, but I thought the sheets would be great, I’m so disappointed, I’m going to do reviews and contact consumer reports, Facebook and the attorney generals office

Run! Don’t walk!
So much to say. But first, linen sheets are the way to go, I will never go with anything else. Moon and Linen (now Rest and Linen) however is hands down the worst company ever. Their advertising is deceptive, clearly shows sets with two pillows yet you only get one pillow case. They say to read the fine print but what king size set ever comes with only one?! The sheet is too small for a king bed and constantly pops off, the 100% guarantee? This is their response. Please accept our offer of a 20% rebate on your next order. If you choose to pursue the refund, please know you will need to ship the product back to China before we will refund. Often due to shipping issues or problems with customs, it is likely we will not receive the shipment in which case you will not get a refund. And- says European. Nope, made in China.
