Long time user and lover of Mous Cases
I started using MouS cases with my Samsung S9+, followed by my S22+, and now my S25 Ultra. Each one of my phones has survived the worst conditions. With each warranty that I had to file, the response was fast, and a replacement was received in short order. The one thing I have never understood, if you are going to buy a premium phone that cost $1000+ dollars, why would you not put it in a premium case??? That makes zero sense.

Exceptional Quality and Design – Mous Cases are Simply the Best!
As a product design student in the UK, I really appreciate the design and quality of the Mous case. I know they have invested significant time and effort into research for their products, and it shows. At 24 years old, this is by far the best phone case I have ever used. I’m 100% confident that I will never use another brand for the rest of my life.
The product comes through extensive research, ideation, sketches, and models, resulting in consistently brilliant designs. My dad is planning to buy the iPhone 17 Pro Max, but he lives in Sri Lanka. I told him not to worry about the case because I’ll take care of it—I’m sending him the world’s best case. I’ve also been sharing my enthusiasm with my friends, and they’re all intrigued by this brand and its products.
This isn’t just a phone case; it’s the result of a product designer’s dedication, knowledge, and hard work with Mous. I’m thrilled to be using the best case available, and it makes my day every time I use it.
Of course, no product in the world is perfect—there will always be small imperfections. We, as humans, aren’t perfect either, and that’s the reality. As a new company, it’s completely normal for there to be a few mistakes along the way. These challenges help the company grow and improve. I believe that through learning from those mistakes, Mous will continue to develop and eventually create the best phone case in the world.

Don't Believe Hype - Phone Broke Immediately
Mous talks a LOT about how protective their cases are, all marketing over substance. I've never had a phone break with the case I had been using, over many generations, but I was persuaded to purchase Mous. A couple of weeks into new phone, first bump... nothing major, so small, was not expecting any kind of damage at all... screen splintered, display totally lost, ended up having to get a new phone. Don't trust them with your $1k device.

Great customer support
I've been using the Mous Limitless Aramid Fibre case on my iPhone and noticed the side near the volume buttons had started to bend/warp slightly over time. I wasn't even sure if it would qualify for a warranty claim, but decided to reach out to Mous support anyway.
Kim from the customer experience team got back to me quickly, was very understanding about the issue, and arranged a replacement case without any hassle at all. No back-and-forth, no jumping through hoops - just a genuine willingness to help and get it sorted.

Had my phone case less than a month and it has already broken, the outside of the camera button has fallen off. No even dropped it. For £70 phone case it is really disappointing

I've been using Mous cases since…
I've been using Mous cases since they're beginning and I've never broken a phone since. I recently had a small issue with my current case (Aramid fibre on a Galaxy S24) when I contacted Mous about the issue I was promptly dealt with by Dette in they're customer service department and the problem was resolved very quickly with a replacement case sent out straight away. 5☆ service!!

I had an issue with my Mous case where the camera area started warping, and unfortunately it happened again even after a previous replacement. I reached out to their support feeling quite disappointed.
I want to give credit where it’s due — Mous support handled this very professionally. Dual experience: Perfection found and a tip for the future
I’ve recently had the pleasure of using Mous cases for both the iPhone 17 and iPhone 17 Pro, and the experience has been outstanding, supported by a world-class customer service team.
iPhone 17 Case:
This one is absolutely flawless. The design is perfect, and it feels incredibly secure. It doesn't follow the "open camera plateau" trend, providing full protection where it's needed most. It’s a fantastically ideal product that I can recommend without any reservations.
iPhone 17 Pro Case:
The build quality, button tactility, and MagSafe performance are excellent. The magnets hold perfectly on my car mount without any issues. My only suggestion for future iterations: I’d love to see Mous move away from copying Apple’s open camera cutout design. Closing that plateau area (like on the standard iPhone 17 model) would provide even better protection and make it the ultimate case.
A quick tip for both: If you notice a slight gap during installation, try inserting the power-button side first — it ensures a snug, perfect fit every time.
