Terrible customer support

Took Customer Support 1-full month to respond to an inquiry about tariffs not being clear and displayed.
Utter disappointment in transparency and how the situation was handled

Additional customs charge.

I bought the mystery box, and they promised no additional customs charge upon delivery. They guarenteed it. Unfortunately i got charged around 433 ddk which they now refuse to refund because it's outside of their control according to them, even thought theu upon purchase guarenteed it would not happen.

Do not buy from them.

No product, no refund, no accountability – unacceptable

I ordered from NOCTA two and a half months ago and received absolutely nothing. My order has been stuck in “pre-shipment” since November 13th, which means NOCTA never handed the package over to a carrier.

Customer service has been a nightmare. I keep getting sent back to Route, even though Route has confirmed in writing that they are not responsible because NOCTA never shipped the item. Despite explaining this multiple times and providing proof, NOCTA refuses to take responsibility.

At this point, there is:

-No product
-No refund
-No real support
-No accountability

Communication has stalled, and my money is still gone. This experience feels extremely untrustworthy and honestly scam-like. I strongly regret ordering and would warn others to not giving this company any money.

Ask for a refund and they quoted no cancellations.

Have charged back with Amex.

Absolutely tragic.

After 2 months waiting didn’t receive my package. No i am still waiting to receive my money back.
So for now no reaction from them , my winter clothes en the money i paid for.
Never! But never again for me.

J’ai passé une commande le jeudi 13 novembre concernant une doudoune Sunset Puffer.

Le délai d’expédition annoncé est de 3 à 7 jours entre les États-Unis et le Canada, puis de 5 à 10 jours pour les livraisons internationales, notamment vers la France.

Nous sommes aujourd’hui le 16 décembre et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma commande, malgré de multiples emails envoyés à l’adresse email de nocta.com, restés sans réponse.

J’ai contacté la société DHL, car j’ai reçu un numéro de suivi concernant l’envoi de mon colis. Cependant, le service de transport m’a informé qu’aucun colis n’a été pris en charge par DHL. Nocta a simplement créé un bordereau d’expédition, mais le colis n’a jamais été envoyé.

Attention, you should never order from the Nocta website again. I placed an order on Thursday, November 13, for a Sunset Puffer jacket.

The stated shipping time is 3 to 7 days between the US and Canada, then 5 to 10 days for international countries such as France, etc.

Today is December 16, and I still have not received my order despite multiple emails sent to Nocta.

I contacted DHL because I received a tracking number for my shipment. However, after calling the carrier, they informed me that no package has ever been handed over to DHL. Nocta only created a shipping label, but the package was never shipped.

I will never order from this scammer shop again and I warn everyone against it. Shop sends defective goods and refuses to take them back or refund them. never again

Beware with NOCTA site I ordered something on December 10th & I didn't hear from them, I had to contact them several times they did respond to me but never with an actual answer I contacted them 3 times before I asked about my refund on January 6th but overall experience was a hassle never got what I wanted, waited almost a month & they I got charged for the ROUTE app $38 dollars which is not refundable & it was never used because the items I bought were never in transit I feel like I got scammed because they printed out the label but the package never moved so I got charged $38 for an ordered I never received

OSM Worldwide Shipping Partner is Terrible

Worst shipping partner ever. They need to pay for a better service. Package is lost. Need to do a chargeback to my bank.

I orderd two pieces of are damaged on the seams and they wont give me my money back?! I have to pay 300euro for damaged products this is crazy. I will have to call a lawyer!

Update: After they sended me a new one, i should pay 76 euro for taxes.

Disgraceful customer service. Be warned customer service is not something they care about at all, they just want your money

Terrible Company. What Company in this day and age does not offer an exchange on an item these days on an unopened item? I purchased 3 boxed of M briefs for my son. He opened one box and told me he needed the L. I reached out to NOCTA and they said they do not offer refunds or exchanges. What century are they functioning in? I'm not asking for a refund, simply asking to exchange the two unopened boxes. Even happy to pay for the shipping. No skin off their back. Terrible Company.

Don’t waste your money or time! I placed my order of 3 items and after a month goes by I receive an email stating they oversold. After hearing the other reviews I am taking this as a sign to not do business with them!!!

Worst online experience I've had. Bought a sweatsuit set, they promise 5-7 day delivery - first off, the package arrives 10 days after, only to contain only the pants... I ask for an explanation, and they say they don't have the top in stock - what am I supposed to do with half of the set??? How does a webshop in 2023 not track stock? A 5 year old could have made a more professional setup than this.

Recently purchased a pair of trainers. They sent the wrong size and will not take it back for an exchange or refund. Its Unfortunate that customers cannot get basic retailer rights.

Don't bother emailing customer service, they will not help you.

Ordered Nocta Glides. Got sent size 7's instead of 11's. Customer service would not respond no matter the inquiry. Had to do a chargeback with my bank. Buy from OVO or Nike instead for these.

Total scam, buyers beware. Brought items that where in stock. First items where delayed and emailed them telling them I don't want my order unless I get both items. They decided to send 1 after about a month of order and then weeks later told me other item now out of stock but won't take returns so now ended up with half a outfit. Totally pointless. Seems like a scam so beware buying from them
