Until now i've been very happy with this company, the survey are good to do but the last survey i done was spread over a week worth 75 coins which i have completed but i keep getting emails telling me to complete it, if you click on the email to take you to the survey its reads completed, i have tried to contact customer support but they just don't reply. Very disappointing.
To be avoided. All too frequently you will find you spend your time COMPLETING a survey and then you will be screened out. When you complain you will be fed a load of vague rubbish about the reasons why you might be screened out, ignoring the fact you actually completed the survey. Don't get me started on the top TV streaming data scam where you upload all of your streaming data only for the survey to mysteriously crash and you are not rewarded. There are many much better survey sites out there, norstat take advantage of their panelists whereas others do not.

Norstat Panel used to be great, and valued their panelists, but this has changed in recent months.
I had to leave the panel because I was tired of not being rewarded points after completing surveys. When I contacted the "support" team about this, I was always fobbed off and given vague responses - that is when they actually decided to provide a response - usually emails go unanswered. The last survey I completed I spent 15 minutes answering, yet they refused to reward me the points because the average survey time was 20 minutes. An average survey time is an average time for a reason 🙄
Don't waste your time, there are much better survey sites out there that value their panelists and the time and energy they spend answering surveys.

Just when I got enough coins for the reward, my account got blocked. After contacting the support I was apparently giving out false information. Of course, they will not share of what kind. I spent hours on the surveys, some of them lasting over 30 minutes and giving you nothing. Some of them don't work at all. I am not alone in this case. Avoid this app and company like a plague. They are scammers.

Avoid this company at all costs. They get all your data and survey responses to be told you are, conveniently, not a match. Its amazing how you are only never a match when they get all your data, responses and information for their clients and then say you are not a match when youve fully, honestly and accurately completed their survey. Ive reached out to the several companies i take their surveys with and in every case i have my points awarded, as i screenshot the completed survey page and time spent on it. I suggest you all do the same. I have strongly recommended the sites remove norstat panel from their platforms. This proves this company is nothing but fraudulent. In any other industry they would be fined and have their lisence revoked.

I’ve had quite the “experience” with this panel already — and none of it inspires confidence.
1.Flagged as a “cheater” for not rewatching the same ad repeatedly.
The survey required watching the same ad over and over, but I had already seen it elsewhere, so I skipped the redundant previews. That alone was enough to get a cheater note.
2.A 20-minute survey wasn’t counted because I was travelling.
At the very end I was told my completion didn’t count because I “wasn’t in the EU” at the time — something they never stated beforehand. This goes against basic research ethics around transparency and proper screening.
3.A buggy survey that trapped me on an unscrollable page.
I spent half the LOI only to get stuck, had to restart, and couldn’t continue due to a survey error. Zero compensation for lost time.
4.Today: a survey that rejected my actual answers.
A smart-devices survey simply wouldn’t accept my legitimate choices. I'd select where I’d realistically buy each product (e.g., pharmacy for a blood pressure device), click continue, and get looped back as if I hadn’t answered, until I chose other option (for e.g online or directly from manufacturer).
This raises serious concerns about data integrity — if the survey blocks truthful responses, clients are not receiving real data. So I dropped this survey

I was with Panelbase before Norstatpanel took them over and was a little worried the experience may have suffered,I need not have worried. Certainly one of the top two or three survey sites I have come across.

After 2 successful redemption, they locked my account when I had 100 points, that's equivalent to £10, do I was ready do redeem another gift-card, but they deactivated my account in the meantime, don't recommend this company

One of the best survey platforms that I know, with only one big problem that I guess it happens only with me, the day that you complete your surveys if is after the 8th day of the month you have to wait for the next 8th of the next month the get your compaisation,
Now since yesterday ive been trying to acess my account and it says that the account is blocked, nobody told me nothing I only get this message when I try to acess:

Usually the support team are really good and efficient and reply within a day or so.
I contacted them over two weeks ago nearly three weeks ago to address a concern regarding not receiving points for a survey I took a while back and they said they would contact the project manager to look into it and get back to me.
They still haven't got back to me even after multiple follow up emails and sending in a second support ticket via there website.
I feel the amount of time I've waited for a response I deserve extra incentive.
Please respond. Overall your surveys are decent and has good incentive for the time spent. The rewards have great variety and recently i've been getting a greater amount of surveys to reach the threshold quicker.
There are so many positives and I want to give at least 4 stars but your support needs to make things right and at the very least award my incentive deserved.
EDIT - Support have been in touch recently and the project manager has finally awarded my deserved points for survey completion.

after years of cooperation, they blocked my account stating "my answer were not consistent", whereas it was their polls mostly asking on and on the same questions! often repeating and misleading.
PLUS, they did not alert me, so I kept answering to their polls and now they DON'T WANT TO PAY THE LAST AMOUNT OF MONEY I EARNED!!

I've been a member of norstatpanel for a year, and everything was fine before. However, a month ago, when I tried to redeem a gift card, a message appeared: "Your transaction is temporarily on hold for a standard quality check. We periodically review survey responses to ensure fairness and accuracy. This process typically takes up to 48 hours, after which you will be able to redeem your coins as usual. Thank you for your patience!" Even today, I still can't redeem it. It's been a whole month. Can you give us a reasonable explanation in front of everyone?

Very annoyed to have had my account frozen and been accused of fraud
They have upheld their decision and closed my account and I have forfieted any rewards
I have not now or ever committed any act of fraud

When I redeemed a gift card, it prompted that the account needed 48 hours for review. I waited patiently for 48 hours, but the review still failed. So I waited almost a week and went to redeem the gift card again, but it still showed that it was under review. I consulted customer service, and they asked me to submit some bills to prove my identity. I submitted it as required, and then there was a long wait. I urged them again and again, and waited for a week, but still no response. I was so disappointed. If I didn't consult them, I would never know that there was an abnormality in my account. It only appears when I redeem it in the store, so they blocked my account a long time ago without notifying me, and kept asking me to complete questionnaires until I reached the threshold for redeeming rewards, and then they notified me of the abnormality in my account. Then there was no way to appeal, so I had to consult customer service again to find out how to appeal. They make the process complicated and make users tired.

I had a good experience all this while ad I really love using this survey cos they were aways handy when I need something out of my budget and I was always honest with my opinion I've been using them for years now ...and not until now I completed a survey which was a 180 coins and I was waiting for a couple 20 coins to reach my limit to redeem for an apple card but all of a sudden I got blocked ..frozen at first then blocked ...please I would love to have a review on that I didn't violet any rules I know of ..and please I'm kinda stuck and I really need that money please..thanks you I hope you rely
