Great experience in the trip. The ski guide is very helpful and friendly. I join alone with other members in the tours are mainly Danish. As I don't speak Danish nor Swedish, the guide explains me in English and there is no issues in communications. I join the ski tour on the first day and I am free to enjoy the other days to ski alone.

Have been using Northlander few times since I moved to Sweden to escape to the mountains and I have been satisfied every time. Easy booking, clear invoice and smooth communication as well as pleasant reps in the mountains. Will book with Northlander again :)

Very good comminication, everything went smoothly with the travel company.
We stayed at Sauze d'Oulx at Grand hotel La Torre. Old building but interesting architecture and very very nice people working there. Delicious breakfast and luxurious dinner. A lot of storing place in the room and good possibilities to store skiing equipment in a warm basement - each room had its own locker.

We had two kids, 5 and 8. Beginners in skiing. The skiing area was good for them even if no green lines available. Lifts are old but funktion well and helping personell in place. Very nice with kids.

Only internet connection could have been better in the rooms.
Highly recommended.

Nortlander gjorde ett bra jobb. En liten miss när vi kom på plats men som helhet har de gjort ett bra jobb. Kommer säkerligen boka via dem igen.

All in all we had lots of fun traveling with Nortlander. Good price for what we got.

The bus isn't the most modern/comfortable but manageable. When the driver only gave rests info in Danish, it led to confusion and people getting late because they misunderstood him, so we where few hours late on the way there, which was annoying.

We got upgraded to a bigger apartment, which was nice. But we where the only group who wasn't dropped off at the place, so we had to go around carrying all our stuff along town, which was super difficult specially when we didn't sleep well on the bus. And we couldn't hit the slopes right away, waiting few hours till the room got ready so we could settle in.

Other than that, it was a pleasant experience skiing in Tignes.

As a employee in my early years as a Ving host I just saw the same as usually.

The spark of the emplyees are there but it is just the same. Be different. A good start was the Water and sandwishes after the flight. That took the edge of the transfer.

Why not do the same on the way home. " Don't fix breakfast we will do that for you, sandwish and water. That would let of stress for the journey home.

The program was obvious. Ski the slopes. I will leave the business development for you to think about........But be different with a twist........Don't be as all others.....

A bit disappointed about the proficiency in English with some of the Danish personnel.
