I emailed Notbranded with an issue about the earrings I had ordered. They were very quick to respond and I'm really impressed with the customer service. I really love the earrings. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

The website says that packages will be send within 1-2 working days. I bought something 27th of Jan, it's now 10th of Feb, so 2 weeks later and I still don't have the package or my money back.
I contacted support twice:
- They said that they can't return the money since it's already in send.
- The second time they said that they will transfer the money back, but I haven't heard from them since.

An item ordered on Dec 12 has still not arrived on Feb 5. I'm giving one star because I did get a reply to an email I sent in Jan, although it didn't amount to anything.

The earring unfortunately was broken when it arrived but the service was excellent. Our email was answered immediately and after sending a picture of the broken earring they send a new one straight away. I especially appreciated the fast response to my email and the kind tone of voice.

However, I am a tad disappointed with my original purchase as it has faded somewhat...the original bright colours have disappeared. I've only worn it a handful of times.

I don't recommend this store. My first package didn't arrive, which may have been the courier's fault (the system reported a parcel number, but that's it). Fortunately, they re-sent it to me. Only one pair of earrings arrived, even though I ordered two. I immediately contacted the store and learned they were out of stock (it's a shame no one informed me). Only after sending an email did I receive a refund for the earrings. The best part is that the earrings were available on the store's website.
The customer service and relatively quick response are a plus.

Not 1 star because they did eventually refund me. But it took a MONTH of back and forth with the company. They apparently didn’t recieve my return of the broken items and so they were saying they couldn’t help me. They were very unprofessional and dodging questions, I thought this could be a scam. They eventually said they will just refund me my whole order so I can leave them alone. It’s a shame because the jewellery is honestly beautiful. But so many of them broke/jewels fell of the same day of wear. I wouldn’t want others to experience the same problems

I contacted the seller via Instagram after my bracelet broke following about one month of daily wear. The response was immediate and very friendly, and I was sent a new bracelet right away without any problems. I really appreciate the excellent customer service and how quickly everything was handled.
