Great experience with NV Gallery

Great experience with NV Gallery. Customer support was very responsive and helpful, and the delivery went smoothly. The first chair arrived earlier and is beautiful — great quality and exactly as expected. We are very happy with the chairs and the overall service. Highly recommended.

Worst customer service ever. I have waited more than two months for a delivery and they keep pushing back. It’s a joke and they have no explanation other than it’s not their fault

I would NOT recommend…

Sorry to say:…but I would NOT recommend this shop at all. First delivery was not even shipped (difficult communication), the second one was a wrong color, damaged and incomplete. Prompt response but poor solution. Nice internet setup but strange execution. Never again.

Be careful with this brand

Be careful with this brand. They say returns are possible, and I decided to return the items due to the low quality of the furniture. I had to call multiple times and have a long chain of emails so that my return pick-up could be scheduled (took around 2 weeks with multiple follow-ups). My return was picked up the 10th of November, and now more than one month later I have not received the reimbursement. No emails, no updates. I chat the whatsapp and they say they cannot tell me the status of the return. I really hope I can get my money back…

Disasterous Client service

I purchased a sofa early september with the promise of taking away my old sofa at the delivery and nothing to do. The client experience is a disaster. The delivery cie refused to take away the old furniture and its been 3 weeks that we have all this furniture stacked in my living room and client service doesn't care a bit! Pass your way on this brand....

Stunning Design, But Service Is a Complete Disaster

The design of the furniture is beautiful – that’s the only positive thing I can say. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience has been a nightmare.

I received the wrong piece not once, but twice. Now I have multiple identical sofa sections that I didn’t order. How can such mistakes happen repeatedly? This shows a shocking lack of quality control and professionalism.

If a company can’t deliver the correct products, it doesn’t matter how good the design is. Customers should not have to chase after solutions for basic order fulfillment. Until these issues are fixed, I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.

1000 EUR order never arrived

I made an order in April, spending 1000 EUR in 5 chairs that NEVER arrived. Almost 3 months later I'm still waiting for them. Poor service, I don't recommend buying here.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Delivery & Quality Issues

I purchased the Auster sofa from NV Gallery in August, and my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

First, the delivery was a nightmare. The company was late on the delivery day without informing us, and despite paying €75 for the service, the delivery team did not assemble the sofa. Worse, they were rude and unhelpful, refusing to let us check whether all parts of the sofa were delivered properly.

Second, the quality of the sofa is far below expectations. It started sagging from day one, even though we barely sit on it. The construction lacks proper support—there are no springs, and we constantly have to adjust the fabric to keep it looking decent. For a premium-priced product, this is simply unacceptable.

I cannot recommend NV Gallery based on this experience. Poor customer service, subpar craftsmanship, and an overall frustrating purchase. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Terrible fabric quality and pilling on auster couch, poor customer service

I bought the Auster couch and within 6 weeks the fabric was completely destroyed and had significant balling and pilling. I live alone with my teenage son so the couch has minimal usage. I sent the photos to customer service and they responded that it is normal wear and tear and I should use a fabric depiller! I responded that the extent of the pilling is NOT consistent with normal wear and tear for a product of this quality and price point. I should not be required to perform such extensive maintenance on a virtually new product! Still no response

Pilling can occur on any fabric and is a natural characteristic of textile fibers. The extent of pilling may vary depending on the fabric composition, but it does not indicate poor quality. A tweed fabric with polyester fibers, for example, may develop pilling, just as it can happen with other upholstery or clothing fabrics.

If you haven't already, we recommend using a fabric depiller, which is a simple and effective way to maintain the fabric’s appearance over time. Same issue as customers below. Ordered a 800 euro desk as well, paid for confort delivery, then told by the delivery agency they don’t have that service that it’s street delivery. I contact customer service in desperation and offer to pay more bc I cannot physically get that massive desk to my apartment by myself. Customer service literally told me it was not possible, not even flexible or willing to help with the situation. I directly didn’t even accept the order and I will NEVER buy from them again. STAY AWAY.

800 euro desk

We bought a 800 euro desk. We paid the comfort delivery, another 75 euros. The delivery agency tells me they do not assemble the desk. They did not schedule a delivery time with me, even tho I paid for that service. I will never ever buy anything with them again. Oh! also they made an incorrect invoice and they do not want to modify it. Terrible costumer service, terrible delivery service, expensive for no reason. NEVER AGAIN

Glad I didn’t order! Edit: still no improvement

I was going to order a table, but then I am glad I didn’t:

1) The shipping fees are out of this world. Competitors (even from France or Spain) offer free delivery to Germany.
If the shipping fees weren’t that high I wouldn’t feel the risk of losing 130 euros if I decide to use their return policy.
2) there is no customer service. The chat doesn’t work nor does anyone answer the phone hotline. How unprofessional.
3) the reviews are bad and they seem not to do anything about it.

Edit: After I sent them an Email literally no help was offered.

How do these companies survive?

Late, still waiting

I ordered some chairs. They said it will be ready in 3 months. I am living in the apartment without chairs and now they say it will arrive 1 month later, without a valid apology & discount.

I bought two other chairs & they look better online

Lets see according to some reviews the shipment could be even later and now we are changing home :)

Awful service

I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the delivery service of a recent purchase.

I placed an order for a sofa (VOLTA) with the expectation of delivery from the 3rd of this month. While I understand that exact delivery dates may vary, the lack of communication and transparency regarding the status of my order is abysmal. It has now been almost a week since the supposed delivery date, and now I'm uncertain when it will be delivered.

The tracking information provided is utterly unhelpful, offering no updates or insights into the whereabouts of my order. This lack of information has made the entire experience incredibly frustrating.

I chose your company for the premium quality of your products and the promise of a premium delivery service which comes at 60€. However, the reality has been far from satisfactory. I believe that customers deserve clear communication and reliable updates, especially when they have invested in a premium service.

TRASH FURNITURE

We ordered a mirror from there and the shop sells just trash for a huge amount of money. The colour of our mirror faded away within a few months and the colour got cracks everywhere. If you pay 650€ for a mirror this is a shame!!!!! We claimed damages and agreed on getting 120€. All Nadine told us - and I mean constantly as we wrote them several times - that they refunded us the money. We didn’t get a refund! They didn’t gave our money and that’s a fraud! It isn’t worth spending your money on such bad quality furniture! We can’t recommend this shop! You pay for nothing! One star is too much for these people who are selling trashy stuff!

month of waiting - no money back

we ordered chairs (6 chairs, €150 each). Visually we really liked them, but unfortunately the material is such that if you sit on them, it leaves a mark as if you were sitting on them naked. We returned them back. We have not received any confirmation that they have received them. After an inquiry from our side, they replied that they received the shipment, and the refund can last up to 1 MONTH. And on their website it says 14 Days! Today it's been a month, apparently they don't consider the amount of 933€ not money for them. The order was placed on 18.07.23. We have been dealing with 6 chairs for months and are worried about our money. Very unprofessional! We still haven't received our money.

My delivery was promised for 19.06

My delivery was promised for 19.06. Since i have not heard anything about my delivery, i have been writing to their customer service every day. Each day i hear the same: pls be more patient. thwy promised to deliver on 19.06, which was simply a lie and the customer service is just pushing me away rather than helping! I am in my new place, unfurnished, bought living and dining room fully from their website, which was a big mistake because me and my 7 YEAR OLD CHILD is left to sit on the floor! Pls do not trust what is promised on the website and buy somewhere else with a proper Customer Service!
