I searched for an airline and by misleading search result. I thought I was on the actual airline site. Ongoeasy tried to charge me £100+ to rectify a mistake which on the airline site was free. At no point did they tell me they were agents

Stay away from this Company

Feel like we have been done in had to pay more than £1200 for a economy flight from Johannesburg to London.

Original ticket was bought through Reggie. He said if the dates changed the ticket would be flexible and we would only need to pay the difference in airfare. Due to delay in Visa we had to put the ticket on hold and was told by Jana that Ricky does not work there anymore, but that she would put the ticket on hold and when we are ready to book we would just pay the difference. I had +-£550 credit with them and when I booked the new ticket I had to pay in a extra £569 so they are telling me the ticket costs +- £1100….. If I go on Virgins website now I can get the same ticket for £560.00.

Yana is very rude and when you try to get an explanation as to why you are paying so much she gets very defensive and sounds irritated by your questions.

When I called to book my flight with Virgin Atlantic in March,I got this booking office by mistake,but since then I had to cancel,and Yana the Agent was very helpfull in rebooking my flight.
She was very professional in her dealings with me.
I highly reccomend this booking office.

This was not a good experience. The woman on the phone was very aggressive, pressurised me into buying a ticket that I subsequently found out was £150 more than any other providers. When I tried to cancel the ticket, the administration fee was unsurprisingly £150.

This web site is not real they are thieves. I looked in internet and I found a ticket to Tanzania for 869 each for my two children. To keep the ticket I paid 200£ deposit and I was dealing with Ricky this was in March 2022 and the ticket was booked for July 2022 When Ricky sent me the invoice it was 2600£for 2 tickets I argue about it and demanded my refund this was a second day of my booking he refused and he said the 200 was booking fees. I rang them few times and they refused to pay and when I asked to speak to the manager Ricky said he was. I was stuck and I wrote a review..after I wrote a review I got a call from Ricky and he said he will refund if I took down the review I refused demanding to be paid first. I wrote a second review with a lot of detail and couple of days later they paid me £150. I rang to demand the rest and they told me the same..I am writing here again to warn anybody not to book or buy a ticket from them they are thieves. I made a sacrifice of my £50 If I can save 1 person from this scam my £50 will be well spent. Be warned about Ricky and Ongoeazy. They are scum through and through....😰Don't book or buy from these please please

I was introduced Ongoeazy by a friend who had used them before. I am glad to have listened to him . I found them very friendly, very patient with you and helped me through the stages of booking a flight with them. They also gave me the price that was within my budget.
Very understanding of your situation and not very forceful. You feel important when dealing with them.I highly recommend them.

The whole experience from start to finish was easy and very quick. We received our E tickets very quickly and are really looking forward to travelling on Easy Jet.
