I terminated my line with a completely…

I terminated my line with a completely shady, scam-like phone company. I paid the cancellation fee and settled all remaining charges, yet they keep sending me invoices. Their customer service team seems utterly incompetent — hired not to solve problems, but to create new ones.

Stay away from orange

Stay away from orange! If you wanna cancel your plan is almost impossible. You can only cancel your subscription by phone call. I am trying to call all week to and the waiting time is more than 1h. Today I waited in line 1h53 minutes.

Fraudulent company ! Be aware

I had direct billing on my bank account and in September 2025 they charged 90€ for 102 sms to Canada !
Firstly I don’t know anyone in Canada and secondly I would use my WhatsApp if ever I would engage in a conversation of 102 messages .
This is pure fraud .
Moreover when I came back from the Canary Islands by plane to brussels in Belgium , I received the message: welcome to France !

There is obviously fraudulently wrong . It is a shame that Belgian telecoms, that are by far the most expensive ones in the world and this for a shoe box sized country , even steal their customers blind . Therefore you should never have direct billing with any Belgian Company as dishonesty and fraud is visibly part of the Belgian culture in business !

For my case only got the reply from that operator who has lot finished secondary school, that what is paid is paid ! I wish them bankruptcy!

I would like to leave a thank-you…

I would like to leave a thank-you message and a strong recommendation for Yasin In from the Orange store. I was assisted by him, and the experience was excellent. Yasin was extremely polite, attentive, and showed great empathy throughout the entire service. He answered all my questions with precision, clarity, and patience, making me feel completely comfortable.

He also demonstrated great availability to help with any situation, always maintaining a professional, friendly, and respectful attitude. He is, without a doubt, a very competent and pleasant person. I highly recommend his customer service.

Don't ever get Orange

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. They do not respond to emails, the connection speed is unstable and far below what is stated in the contract, and the charges do not match the agreed terms.

Do not get Orange - horrible customer service

If I could give no stars, I would. You will receive conflicting information from the customer service on the phone, each time different information. Not possible to top up flybox internet. No option in Espace client, they cannot help on the phone and they cannot help in the branches as the do not have access to it. Overall a horrible experience, no help, nowhere to ask for help.

To avoid!!! Terrible customer service, not reliable

Terrible customer service, not reliable! It takes forever to have a human to chat with -usually more than one hour- or to receive a reply to an email -in my case almost one month-. The only way is to call 5000. In this case, never trust what an employee will tell you, and warn that you are recording the conversation. If you have to call more than once, they will all tell you different things. Also double check if they send you something in writing, as it can be different from what they told you.

While mobile connection in this area…

While mobile connection in this area always has been poor, it is Otange's internet that fails:
- promised download speed of 1 GB/s is NEVER reached, not even close (and then I'm not talking about the latency!!)
- unannounced interruption of service during the day.(from 7 am till 10 pm) and too frequently. Always short - max 2 min.- but nevertheless disrupting.
I'm considering changing first my contract from 1 Gb/s to 500Mb/s.

Extra billed unduly…

I was in vacation in Greece and hence still in Europe but I am billed extras as if I was out of Europe because I was close to the border with Turkey. I called them but I still have to pay this undue additional fee. Totally unfair, totally disappointed 😔

- 5 sterren!! What a HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company! Pay online does NOT work! Mobile connection is BAD, as I get CUT off 5 times a day!! WIFI? Most expensive package and I can NOT open more then 3 tabs! What a shit show

Worst service

Internet outage half of the day. Impossible to reach their support - over 2h in queue and still no answer. And this is the business support ..

Very unprofessional. I regret leaving VOO.

We were going to save 900€

We were going to save €900.
GSM not to complain about data of 50GB is enough but as a driver you are not allowed to cross the border or you pay more again.
The mesh boosters are junk and in the meantime a stronger modem has been installed to work with devices of good quality.
Total cost €1500.
Just had the customer service on the line.
1h10min and to return those meshes still no solution, in addition they forgot to give the airbox 4G and an employee comes to bring it but returning the meshes is not possible!!!
Have to send these separately and pay €50 extra because they do not work at all!!!
In the end only their modem remains and the most expensive subscription because everything in our house is sent.
I just hope that everything from Orange continues to work and that there are no more malfunctions with what comes in. Telenet why did I change you…
Already regret from day 2…
Salespeople who don’t know anything about it, on the phone they throw it at you when you’re not sitting right and hear more of their depressed waiting tone than anything else because they have system problems!
Which I can COMPLETELY understand!
Another 11 months of gritting your teeth and crossing your fingers that what comes in remains stable!!!!!!!

Over a month waiting – no activation, no support

I subscribed to a new service with Orange Belgium on May 3rd, and more than a month later, it’s still not activated.

I’ve contacted customer support numerous times, visited a store in person, and was repeatedly promised a callback within 24–48 hours — which never happened.

A formal complaint has been submitted to the telecom mediator. After 17 years as a loyal customer, I’ve never felt so ignored or poorly treated.

If you value responsive and reliable customer service, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
