Good customer service

The first packages where badly packed and damaged in shipping, but when I told them about it they replaced the broken items very quickly and I would highly recommend them for that perfect customer service!

Shipment and quality control

Edited to add:

I am changing my rating from 1 to 5.
After being in contact with customer service, they have promised to replace the expired articles and talk with their shopping department. All of this happened within 24 hours after my complaint.

Original post:
I ordered 100 Vitacraft hundgodis: fish sticks. The ones shipped were two months over the best before date. They were also sent loose in a large box instead of being left in the factory cartons.

I have contacted customer and am waiting for their response. I will follow up on this review after I have heard from them.

The package was delivered to Kallshall

The package was delivered to Kallshall, 40mins from where it was meant to be. Probably PostNord's fault, but annoying to go collect it.

Delivered as promised .....but...

delivered as promised, but need to be able to intimate petworld how to handle the package when it arrives at home.
They can then let the handling/delivery company know....come on ...its all electronic these days.
tried to leave a message on petworld, and got an answer back that IT WAS NOT THEIR RESPONSIBILITY......what the heck!?
the least you can do (after ordering 1000 sek) is to intimate the delivery company.

Thank you for shopping with Petworld. We're sorry to hear you're not entirely satisfied with the delivery of your goods. I can see that you left us a message, asking to be contacted via phone at the time of your delivery. Unfortunately this is not possible, as it is not part of our agreement with the delivery company.

When you order home delivery, then your items will be delivered outside your door and you do not need to be home to sign for the delivery. As such, the delivery company will not contact you beforehand to inform you that your delivery is on its way.

This information was given to you via email after we read your comment. The same information is also available in our shipping terms, which you are asked to read and accept before placing an order with us. As such, we can only tell the delivery company that you wish to be contacted, which we did by including your comment in the information provided to the driver, but we cannot demand that they call you in advance.

You are always welcomed to contact customer service if you have any questions regarding your order or your delivery.
