I can see you had placed the order on 16/01 and this was approved on the 19th.

I do apologise for the delay in your delivery, I can see Royal Mail had collected this from us on the 28th, I do apologise for that delay. They had delivered this the next day on the 29th and this was signed for as well.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever, I thought I would give them a try for spare inhalers, it takes them days to even respond to you after placing an order, only then for them to ask for more details on asthma, even after uploading a copy of repeat prescription and filling out personal questioner, now I'm worried about safety of my personal data and credit card information, just horrid UN professional service, the slowest response ever and unable to contact them on phone or even email, I've canceled my order and asked for full refund, if I don't get one soon and have my data removed I will contact trading standards and report you. Free advice !!! Do not shop here, service is slow and unprofessional in every way. Do an internet search on Reddit regarding this company, you will find a lot of very bad reviews and upset customers.

13th feb Update, still no response from emails sent to head office and still no refund, they do not reply to you in a timely manner, will be taking this up with trading standards.

Buyers Beware !

Buyers beware, signed up to get some items, and order is pending just pending for the last few days, sent a ticket zero response from company, was hoping for a professional business but looks more like a backstreet business that just take people's money without delivering goods, buyer beware !, PS: Read the latest reviews It's not just me saying this. And now they respond with a cut-and-paste message below, do you not think I have emailed you and even opened a ticket ? Before I posted this, and still you do not get back to me, I will not use this service again, and advise others to read comments before placing orders from this company.

I ordered on the 2nd Feb

I ordered on the 2nd Feb , had consultation on the 5th , shown as been dispatched 24 hour delivery on the Friday & still not arrived on the 12th Feb , when tracking Royal Mail have yet to receive item . Delivery times are unacceptable ruined what had been a good experience with ease of order & consultation . Emailed enquiry to chase order have had no response , item obviously paid at point of order so no funds to order elsewhere , I am disappointed

Mounjaro customer ..

I applied online , no embarrassing photos needed , then once approved i was able to choose my date to do an online consult with the Pharmacist ,(first available date was about 10 days ahead) the relevant checks were discussed and my mounjaro was delivered 2 days later , so far so good

At that stage, the clinician had a query regarding your order. Once this was resolved, your order was approved on the 6th.
