Great service from a very nice team.
I was scammed & needed help to get back the money that was spent on my PLEO card. I was supported by Jozef and Preethi. They were nothing but helpful & understanding throughout the process. It was a pretty slow-moving process, but any time that I reached out for an update, they got back to me very quickly.
We had about £8k stolen from our account after one of our staff members inadvertently added the card to his apple wallet. You wild have thought Pleo could integrate with this tech in this era, but no.
Pleo refused to help us investigate if refund any money. Completely rubbish and we have now found a far better expenses system.
Jozef and Preethi did a great job helping me.
Customer service Jozef Brodala was very patient and went beyond to help me solve my case. Really appreciated what they did!
I had an unauthorised transaction on my Pleo card while on a work trip. Although the process took several months and I had to complete the same form multiple times, which was a bit frustrating, I understand that the team needed all the necessary information to move things forward. Throughout the entire process, Preethi and Jozef were excellent — very informative on what was happening, and responsive.
Pleo helped make a stressful situation far less stressful than it may have been. Trying to get a refund on goods never received and a fraudulent seller who was not being helpful is not a straightforward situation but Pleo were hugely helpful. They dealt with both Mastercard and the seller through the process and kept us updated as to the situation and process. I would like to especially thank Preethi the Fraud Support Specialist who was a wonderful support throughout and we are delighted that we were successful in obtaining the refund from the fraudulent seller.
A fraudulent purchase was attempted on my Pleo card and in no time at all the Pleo team was on the case and had the transaction reversed before the funds had even left the account. I'm really impressed with the level of service and knowledge of the support team as well as the ease and convenience of the entire experience. Well done Johannes and Jozef!

I would discourage anyone from dealing with Pleo - and this is from someone who has been a customer now for many years.
We have an ongoing fraud issue on our account - and their lack of scrutiny, response and concern is extraordinary.

No contact despite repeated contact for assistance. The App locks, doesn’t recognise my pin, freezes my credit card, I can’t get reimbursed for my expenses, no customer support available, too many ongoing
issues, and therefore I cannot recommend. There must be better expense Apps out there.

Jose was very helpful and solved the issue quickly.
Our experience with Pleo has been consistently disappointing. The product is poor value for money.
Basic expense management features are missing or unreliable. Even expense notifications never worked despite being enabled. They tend to deduct random charges from the amounts deposited in the Pleo wallet, without notifying you, and once you notice them, they make it difficult to claim it back.
Customer support has been slow, dismissive and ineffective, with issues repeatedly left unresolved. We lost significant time dealing with technical problems with an ineffective customer support team. For example, one employee was never able to use their expense card, despite hours spent with support, and the issue was never fixed.
There are far better and cheaper alternatives available, with much better user experience and significantly better value for money.
